Recovery Day 13 - I made it... my training diary entry from June 19 2026

(I managed to snap a picture of this busy little bee yesterday while I was sitting on the restaurant terrace having dinner with my mom.)
Hi Actifitters,
after making small gains in my last two push-up sessions, I was just one close-grip push-up short of reaching my milestone. Yesterday, I finally managed to complete that last repetition. This means I can now tackle the next milestone in my training plan. It took a total of seven training sessions to achieve the goal. The tables below show where I stand and what comes next.
My previous goal (42+):

The next goal according to the training plan (47+):

The challenge here shouldn't be the extra repetition in each of the five sets, but rather the rest period in between. Instead of 120 seconds, the body now has only 60 seconds to recover for the next set.
I’m curious to see how long it takes me to master this stage as well.
Since I’ve regained a good deal of mobility and have hardly any pain left in the thirteen days since my injury, I’m going to take a longer walk today. I’m planning to cover about 15 kilometers. Just past the halfway mark, there’s an option to cut the walk short should I run into any unexpected trouble — though I’m optimistic that everything will go smoothly.
