Hi Actifitters,

after two days in which I easily managed to burn 1000 calories, I failed to do so today.

Nevertheless, I've managed to lose a little weight in the last two days. But I don't want to discuss exact figures after such a short time.


I did help out on the farm again today, but it wasn't quite enough to reach 1000 calories. I managed a little over half, but then I drifted off into vacation mode a bit too early and started drinking Leo beer.

I haven't given up on the day yet. I'm trying to cut down on calories at dinner.
