Two short but intense Zwift sessions... my training diary entry from February 26 2026

Hi Actifitters,
due to appointments there was not much time for exercise yesterday. It was kind of stress to me but I managed to do two cycling sessions in between. Thursday is simply the most annoying day of the week. So happy that the weekend is in front.
The first session was a short route that I specifically chose because it fit perfectly into my limited time. I really pushed myself there. The second session was a pre-made workout, of which Zwift has plenty to offer. My thighs were definitely burning towards the end of that one.
Here are the stats of the first short ride:
Duration - 0:17:50
Distance - 9.42 km
Elevetaion gain - 108 m
Average speed - 31.7 km/h
Maximum speed - 59.6 km/h
Average power output - 228 watts
Maximum power output - 515 watts
Average heart rate - 145 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 172 bpm
Average cadence - 102
Maximum cadence - 130
How much time I'll spend in the saddle today is still up in the air. I'll just let myself be surprised.
