Not happy with my sleep these days - October 19 2025

Hi Actifitters,
hope you all are fine and healthy. I have many friends that are ill these days. Luckily I don't belong to them. Still, I am not entirely happy with my wellbeing. I've been sleeping worse than usual for a few days now, and I'm not sure why.
I would say it's because of the injection I got on Friday, but my sleep had been bad the days before that too.
I will continue to monitor it and track it with my Garmin Index sleep monitor.
Do any of you have a similar sleep tracker, or maybe even the Garmin device? How are you getting on with it?
I initially had the problem that my training readiness wasn't displayed correctly. But now it's working, and I'm happy with it. The strap on my upper arm is much more comfortable than always sleeping with the watch.
Yesterdays workout was ok but I did not really make any progress. I think it is because of my restless sleep. Will make only a minimum of sports today and give my body some time to relax.

I don't have a sleep tracker. I mostly sleep around 11pm and wake around 4am.
I rarely sleep in the afternoon and when I do, it's a sign of impending sickness. I visit the clinic to get checked. Prevention is better than cure.

It's not because of negative thoughts. I probably just need a little more rest.
