I remember my grandfather had a scythe .... I tried using it once, it can be exhausting work, you need to pace yourself!😄
Good old days when lawnmowers don’t wake you up at 8am 😂
Ohh I remember lots of times being woken up in the early morning when my father was preparing the scythe blade, which is a process that involves hitting the blade with a hammer to make it thinner and sharper. :))
but he could that in the early evening to prepare it for the morning :DDD or you have to it time to time while mowing? :D
In the evening he was already tired after a day of work and had other chores to do.
