Zamiast siłowni wybrałem nocny spacer w blasku księżyca. Czułem się zmęczony, a rano, zaraz po pracy, zamiast położyć głowę na poduszce, miałem umówioną wizytę u stomatologa, więc do domu wróciłem półtorej godziny później niż zazwyczaj.

Po południu wybrałem się pobiegać, co żona skwitowała: „Tylko nie przesadzaj z tym bieganiem, żebyś krwotoku nie dostał, bo kilka godzin wcześniej miałeś wyrywany ząb”. Szczerze mówiąc, w związku z deficytem snu nie byłem w formie do bicia rekordów. Chciałem się tylko poruszać, dlatego zdecydowałem się na spokojny bieg w drugim zakresie.

Po powrocie do domu sprawdziłem koło w rowerze. Okazało się, że to klasyczne przebicie dętki. Muszę ją w związku z tym wymienić przed kolejną jazdą.

Instead of the gym, I chose a night walk in the moonlight. I was feeling tired, and in the morning, right after work, instead of hitting the pillow, I had a dentist appointment, so I got home an hour and a half later than usual.
In the afternoon, I went for a run, to which my wife commented: "Just don't overdo it with the running, so you don't get a hemorrhage, because you had a tooth pulled a few hours earlier." Honestly, with the sleep deficit, I wasn't in shape for breaking any records. I just wanted to move, so I decided on an easy run in zone two.
After getting home, I checked my bike wheel. It turned out to be a classic inner tube puncture. Therefore, I have to replace it before my next ride.

Que bueno que no le metiste intensidad a tu recorrido por tu diente, aveces no se puede hacer lo que se desea y hay que usar otras alternativas, una sacada de diente puede ser de cuidado,saludos.

It's good that you didn't put too much effort into your tooth extraction. Sometimes you can't do what you want and you have to try other alternatives. Having a tooth extracted can be serious. Best regards.
