Monday might become my favorite day. My Actifit Diary: June 1 2026

For one, because we have joint training with the Aikido black belt and his son. I love aikido as it's very powerful. Joint locks and all that are a great addition to power moves, and the calm speed in the evasion is a very effective method.

The rest of the day was incredibly productive, too. I wrote my weekly photography post on the main account (most readers here already know most of the pics), got quite a bit of work done. The workout at the gym was very effective. I played quite a bit of Splinterlands, getting into a new league in both modern and wild. and then a great MA class.

It's good to see Nero chilling in the garden. He's back to his normal self. Last night he got into a very loud fight with one of the other stray cats. But he didn't have any scars in the morning, so maybe it wasn't that hardcore. Next week I'll get him in for his yearly shots. That all was delayed by the poisoning event. I hope he with try that again.
