My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2024

Hello everyone, fitness all the way today .
Today has been a wonderful day, again like everyday am grateful. I went for my training a bit late in the day and it was really hot to train in this weather. But I had to, because we push through despite any unfavorable circumstances.

When I woke today by 6:15 to get ready ASAP because I had to go to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral resources to get some rock samples for a project there was a lot of traffic today and it made me really exhausted but I had to still go to the gym to relieve the stress.

                   GYM TIPS
  1. Always go with a bottled water to relieve dehydration.

  2. Warm up before you start your workouts.

  3. Ask for help from your gym bros when you need it.

  4. Always make sure to come with a towel to wipe your face when you sweat.

               MY WORKOUT
    

My workout schedule today was on upper body training. This includes :
Chest,biceps,triceps shoulders .

Starting off with a warmup a ran on the treadmill for about 15mins ,then stretching my arms and doing some brief jumping jacks.

Exercise 1
Bench press superset with triceps pushdowns

The mother of all workouts. Personally I think if you can't bench I don't think you can do well at other things. Benching is a good compound movement that targets other parts of the body and is really very good for you. So I did 4sets of 15-20reps /13kg per flywheels so a total of 26kg bench press. Then I superset each set of bench press with 15reps of triceps pushdowns.

Exercise 2
Incline bench press
4sets /10reps/10kg per set

Exercise 3.
Military press superset with Biceps curls
4sets each 15-20reps

So that was my exercise pattern today.
