Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Thursday the 24/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. After having pursued Bryan Mbeumo for a lengthy period of time now Manchester United has finally landed their man. Will that improve United's attack? Well, time will tell.

South Africa will play Ghana in the third place match at the ongoing WAFCON (Women Africa Cup of Nations.

My day started with the rain and it delayed my resumption at work anyway. Later in the day, I saw this beautiful avocadoes and pawpaw. They belong to my neighbours.
