My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2024
Hello everyone. I hope you are doing well. I finally went on a walk after weeks of not walking. I was under the weather and made myself get outside to do a 5000 step walk. Sometimes one will get completely better if you start exercising which will help move anything bad out of your system and increase serotonin (feel good chemicals naturally)to your brain.
I enjoyed getting outside breathing fresh air and moving my body.

The trees and moss sure looked magical today. I was expecting Tinkerbell and the other fairies to fly out of the bushes, from behind the flowers, and fly down from the branches lol.

Well, it's sort of more like spring, yes. I can feel it and see it in the air. You are most welcome @iamraincrystal.
I will say Hello to Mister for you and I'm sorry I have to tell you that Mister has to be put down tomorrow. He has a tumor growing out of control between his shoulder and rib cage. The tumor is moving to his neck. Luckily a nice realtor lady helping my nephew get title to the house to sell it is going to help Mister. It is way too big and Mister is about 11 years old. We never go any money or anyone to help. Even if we did the surgery might have been too much for an older dog. I'm sorry to see him go and my nephew is very heart broken as well as myself.
(unfortunately my brother and sister did not think my nephew, dog, and me were important enough to help) I am praying for a huge change in the world.
I am so grateful the realtor lady helped us. The house was going into foreclosure. That's when the bank takes it and the people living in the house have to leave to no where. (live on the street) I wish this world was a more humane place to live. Material goods are considered more important than life itself.
