Feeling Happy With My Flowers (Phone Photography Contest - #126)

Hello #feelgood community, I trust your weekend is going well. I welcome you to my blog. Happy new week.

The gardener called this one Oriental Thuja

I have longed to have pictures of beautiful flowers in my feel-good community write-up, all to no avail. This Sunday, something happened because I chose to act differently. I whispered to one of my friends at the church that I needed pictures of wonderful flowers around the church garden, and she replied, "Consider it done."

Immediately after the service and the exchange of pleasantries, I reminded her of my request and explained what I wanted to do with the pictures. She was happy to help.

Surprisingly, she took me to the church garden, and I couldn't hold my breath. I was faced with so many flowers. I was overwhelmed with joy seeing those pictures. The children who went with us kept calling my attention to those flowers, and I couldn't help but keep snapping.

At some point, we stopped and started taking cute group selfies, which kept us glued to the garden until we heard the church bell ring for an important announcement.

Memories like this are not easily forgotten. Finally, I got beautiful flowers for my write-up.

Is it a difference between what you're saying and what I'm understanding? Because in the post, you're talking about lots of flowers, but I don't see a single flower in your photos. :/

Really, I was told by the gardener that those images are Thuja flowers. They were used to beautify the church garden.
There were also whistling flowers but I chosed to post only this three.
I captured other flowers but archived them for my subsequent posts.

Okay, I looked up 'Thuja flower' online; this plant or tree is indeed a Thuja, but it isn't flowering at the moment. Anyway, thank you for participating. :)
