When Night Becomes a Story // Night Photography Competition - Round 03

Good evening to all my photography-loving friends in this beloved community, especially to all of you who are taking part in the photography contest at night, I hope that all of you are always healthy and happy so that you can carry out your daily activities smoothly and I hope you all have a pleasant day.

In this blog, I'm back in this beloved community to participate in a contest hosted by @mshbd, which is now in its third round, focusing on nighttime photography.

So, please continue following my humble blog to see some of my nighttime photography images, along with short captions.

In this contest, I'll be sharing some nighttime images I took at a tourist destination, specifically Freddie's Sky Walk, on Weh Island.
These images made me realize that night isn't just about darkness; it can be a black canvas, with small lights as the paintbrush.

My friends...
It was 8:00 PM, precisely at night. I visited a tourist destination with my friends, with the primary goal of enjoying the nighttime atmosphere in this area, known for its serenity and beautiful colorful lights.
Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by some captivating sights. I immediately snapped a few photos. I hope you can all get a glimpse of the atmosphere of this tourist destination from the images I've shared above.
From the entrance gate, which welcomes you with the words Welcome to our paradise, to the colorful lights that create a romantic atmosphere, I think this tourist destination is perfect for those of you looking to enjoy the atmosphere with your partner.

I immediately took several more pictures from different angles, starting with the damp wooden benches starting to be dampened by sea dew. The light reflected off the wooden floor, giving it a "quiet but warm" feel. Honestly, I really like this kind of atmosphere.

My friends...
This bridge connects to the beach below. If you want to enjoy the beachside atmosphere, this bridge can also lead you to the food stalls provided, which are also facilities within this tourist destination. When I was in this area, the bridge seemed to invite me. Follow this light, and you'll find the sea and a place to stop, giving you the impression of an open beach view.

And after following the colorful lights along the bridge, I finally arrived at a crowded area, a place where visitors relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere in this tourist destination area.

Here the atmosphere began to come alive, where the sounds of laughter from visitors filled the night in the area. This atmosphere made some of the images I captured feel like the night was not empty, so I can title some of these images a very calming night and I am relaxing tonight at the western tip of Indonesia

And here are some of my favorite images, where you can feel the cohesive atmosphere of this tourist destination. From the beach, which is starting to get pitch black, with only the waves visible due to the reflection of the lights from the resort we've stopped at, to the turquoise water, even at night. The atmosphere I create is something I personally can't describe with words, but I think you can get a glimpse of the atmosphere in this area through the images I've shared above.

In this contest, I also want to tell you all: try to take some time out of your evenings to get out and enjoy the atmosphere. Even in a simple place, I don't think it's a problem. Sometimes the most wow moments only appear when the lights are turned on and everyone is quiet, like the place I visited tonight.
