À Château-Thierry, une promenade le long de la Marne s’impose pour découvrir un parcours ponctué de curiosités culturelles et historiques. On y rencontre la borne Vauthier, témoin des combats de 1918, l’œuvre contemporaine de Nathalie Talec en hommage à Jean de La Fontaine, ou encore le mémorial de la 3^ème division.
Entre patrimoine, mémoire et paysages apaisants au bord de l’eau, cette balade offre une belle manière d’apprécier la ville. Rien ne vaut toutefois une visite sur place pour en saisir pleinement le charme.
