Saludos amigos de la comunidad de Full Sport, espero que se encuentren muy bien, en el día de hoy les vengo a compartir mi tercera semana de trote, después de durar dos semanas sin trotar por motivos personales, sin embargo, aquí estamos de nuevo, super activos.

El día anterior a la pauta me toco grabar, por lo cual no dormí bien, así que me quede dormido en el autobús y me baje en Altamira, me devolví caminando, cuando llegue busque rápido un cafesero par activarme, lo pude comprar, cuando entre al parque, vi que @danielvehe y @enmymente ya estaban comenzando, a trotar, así que me toco comenzar a trotar sin poder restirar y con el bolso encima XD.

The day before I had to record, so I did not sleep well, so I fell asleep on the bus and I got off in Altamira, I walked back, when I arrived I quickly looked for a coffee to activate me, I could buy it, when I entered the park, I saw that @danielvehe and @enmymente were already starting to jog, so I had to start jogging without being able to jog and with the bag on top XD.

Los logra alcanzar por la laguna de la nueva área del parque del este, el lado que está por la zona de la Carlota, fui testigo en el momento que Enmy cruzo un terreno para no mojarse, pudo adelantar a Daniel, en le tomo foto, pero no pudo publicarla.

I managed to catch them by the lagoon of the new area of the east park, the side that is by the area of La Carlota, I witnessed the moment that Enmymente crossed a field to avoid getting wet, she was able to overtake Daniel, she took a picture of him, but could not publish it.

Me sentí muy bien a pesar de tener una molestia en la rodilla derecha, me agrada mucho que pude trotar mis dos vueltas, gracias al equipo de Hive Run por darme esta oportunidad para ejercitarme.

I felt very good despite having a discomfort in my right knee, I am very pleased that I was able to jog my two laps, thanks to the Hive Run team for giving me this opportunity to exercise.
