A Glimpse of Last Month's Manggahan Festival in Guimaras

Manggahan Festival is one of the fun and colorful festivals in Guimaras. There were a lot of events, activities, and programs held for almost a month. The official program lasted 10 days, but there were pre-festival activities in and out of the province. For that, I captured so many photos since the start.

Today, I will share some of the photos I took in the Manga Village. It was where the Mango Eat-all-you-can was held. There were also souvenir shops, gift shops, and travel treats stalls.

Here are photos of some souvenir stalls selling wood crafts, hats, accessories, bags, fans, keychains, wallets, and more.

The mango stores are next. They displayed mango chandeliers to make their booth attractive to guests and customers. There was also an art display.

In one corner, I saw a photo booth. I saw kids and parents loving the area because of some fun accessories and props they can use.

At the back, there were RTW shops that sell clothes. Some offer printing services where you can buy t-shirts, purses, and hats with Manggahan prints on them.

Next to the clothes store is a small toy stand. They sell mechanical toy animals, wands with sound and light, and more.

Now, let's fill our stomachs. There were coffee shops everywhere. Some stores sell fruit smoothies and fruit juice. There were local kakanin and some international delicacies. You have a lot of food choices, but the most popular are the street foods.

After roaming around, I went back to the center of Mangga Village. There, people were sitting and waiting. They were waiting for the basketball game. 😊
