Hello to all members of this community and cat lovers! Another week has almost come to an end, and with it, I'm sure many of us had the opportunity to photograph our feline companions 😌 In my case, since I currently live with two cats: Ying and Cleo, I'm always on the lookout for a new and interesting pose, because sometimes it's very difficult to have my phone handy to capture the moment.

Something we've noticed is that Cleo, the cat, looks much bigger. This is especially noticeable when she's next to Ying or when she's stretching. When she arrived, she was a very small kitten, and I was even worried about her fragility. Now, she's quite energetic and agile, and she loves to play intensely with her feline adoptive father in the mornings or at bedtime... In fact, waking up because both cats are jumping or scratching each other on the bed has become my new "alarm." At least it doesn't surprise me anymore, and I simply move to avoid having my face exposed in the middle of their intense feline games 😅

Doesn't it feel uncomfortable to lie down with that between your ribs? 😅

Returning to Cleo's build, not only has she grown much longer, but she also seems to be gradually gaining weight. Although this change isn't as noticeable as in Ying's case, who looks quite plump and whose weight you can really feel when you pick him up. We noticed it in some of Cleo's poses, where her cheeks appear a bit fuller. She looks so beautiful! Just thinking about her becoming as fluffy as Ying makes me feel so tender. I really wish I could see this lovely change in my cat, Ikki, but he hasn't been neutered due to medical issues; I would certainly be happy to see him gain weight like Cleo.

However, despite her physical changes, Cleo is still a baby to us. In fact, I confess that I'm carrying her much more than Ying himself, but don't get me wrong, it's not because of favoritism, haha, but because Ying "complains" a lot when I carry him, so I try to do it very little; on the other hand, Cleo seems to like that kind of thing more, because she stays very still and even seems to like being cradled in our arms like a baby... Surely, when she's older, she'll get tired of it, haha, so we have to enjoy it while that lasts!

As for Ying, let's just say he perfectly fulfills his role as a "feline adoptive father" every single day. I'm amazed at how he's practically abandoned all his toys to play exclusively with Cleo when they're both in a good mood. Because there are times when Cleo doesn't want to play or is sleeping, and in those cases, Ying does resort to his old toys. It's adorable, because I didn't think they could connect so well, even during those playful swipes that look like fights, haha. Unlike Cleo, Ying very rarely strikes a new pose, haha. Most of the time he's sitting, eating, or sleeping, although, since he doesn't like having his picture taken, it's very difficult to capture the beauty of his eyes before he looks away.

How could I not want to hold you all the time? Forgive me, Ying, I'm working on my obsessive need to hold you and shower you with kisses 😔

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los gatos! Otra semana ya casi ha llegado a su fin y con ella, seguramente que muchos de nosotros tuvimos la oportunidad de fotografiar a nuestros compañeros felinos 😌 En mi caso, al vivir actualmente con dos gatos: Ying y Cleo, siempre estoy al acecho de una nueva e interesante pose, porque en ocasiones, es muy difícil tener el teléfono a la mano para poder capturar el momento.

Cleo esperando que le abran la puerta de esa habitación ¿Este sería el modo correcto en el que un gato usaría sandalias? 😆

Algo que hemos notado, es que Cleo, la gata, se ve mucho más grande. Esto es algo que se puede apreciar más que nada cuando se encuentra al lado de Ying o cuando hace alguno de sus estiramientos. Cuando llegó, era una gata muy pequeña y hasta temía por su fragilidad. Ahora, es una gata bastante enérgica y elástica, que adora jugar intensamente con su padre adoptivo felino, durante las mañanas o a la hora de dormir... De hecho, despertarme porque ambos gatos están brincando o dándose zarpados en la cama, se ha vuelto mi nueva "alarma". Al menos, ya no me es sorpresivo y simplemente me muevo para evitar que mi rostro quede expuesto en medio de sus intensos juegos felinos 😅

¿No te resulta incómodo estar acostada con eso en medio de tus costillas? 😅

Volviendo a la contextura de Cleo, no sólo se ha alargado mucho, sino que poco a poco, parece que también, está engordando. Aunque este cambio no se ve tan significativo como en el caso de Ying, que se ve gordo y cuando lo cargas, sientes todo su peso. Nos dimos cuenta de ello en algunas posiciones de parte de Cleo, en donde se puede apreciar sus cachetes un poco más rellenos ¡Se ve tan hermosa! De sólo pensar en que será tan esponjosa como Ying, me da ternura. Realmente quisiera poder ver este cambio tan lindo en mi gato Ikki, pero él, no ha podido ser castrado por problemas médicos; sin duda, sería feliz de verlo engordar como sucede con Cleo.

No obstante, sin importar sus cambios físicos, Cleo sigue siendo una bebé para nosotros. De hecho, confieso que la estoy cargando mucho más a ella que al propio Ying, pero no me malinterpreten, no es por favoritismo jaja sino porque Ying se "queja" mucho cuando lo cargo, así que procuro hacerlo muy poco; en cambio, Cleo parece que le gusta más ese tipo de cosas, porque se queda quietecita y hasta parece que le gusta que la acunen en los brazos como si fuera una bebé... Seguramente, cuando sea más adulta, se cansé de eso jaja así que ¡Hay que aprovechar mientras eso no ocurre!

Quedarse dormido estando sentado es una ternura cuando proviene de un felino 😇

En cuanto a Ying, digamos que cada día cumple perfectamente su rol de "padre adoptivo felino". Me sorprende cómo dejó casi de lado todos sus juguetes para preferir jugar enteramente con Cleo cuando ambos están animados. Porque hay ocasiones en las que Cleo no quiere jugar o estar durmiendo y en esos casos, Ying si recurre a sus viejos juguetes. Es adorable, porque no pensé que ambos pudieran conectar tan bien incluso para esos juegos de zarpazos que parecen peleas jaja A diferencia de Cleo, Ying muy contadas veces ofrece una pose nueva jaja la mayoría del tiempo está sentado, comiendo o durmiendo, aunque, como no le gustan las fotos, es muy difícil capturar la belleza de sus ojos antes de que retire la mirada.

¿Cómo no querer cargarlo en todo momento? Perdóname Ying, estoy trabajando en mi obsesiva necesidad de cargarte y llenarte de besos 😔
