We have made it to the weekend once again, and that means we made it to Caturday, my favorite day of the week! Of course, practically all days are Caturday around here, so once again we're going with this a day late!

Spring is definitely in full bloom now, and we are having some lovely sunny days. We are very grateful to the Dad-Hooman, who has been on a tree-trimming mission lately, meaning that we are getting more — and longer — sunny spots inside the house.

Today, the Hoomans headed out again, early in the morning, to visit the Daughter-Hooman in Seattle, with her new baby! There were some complications at birth, and the little newborn has been in the NICU for almost two weeks, but it finally looks like he's going to be able to come home, next week.

Thankfully it was only a daytrip, so we didn't have to be alone for all that long. The Hoomans made it home just in time for evening snacks!

Since the weather has been nice, the Hoomans have started spending more time outside doing their "gardening" thing. We cats enjoy it because the doors can now be left open with just the screen in place, at least on warm days.

I'm still hoping the Dad-Hooman will make good on his one-time promise to build us a catio off his office window, so we can be out in the fresh air during the warm months.

I do enjoy my warm bed!

I understand, though.

Sometimes it can be very difficult to find time for all the really important things in life... and I expect that includes the buidling of catios!

After all, "Curator Cat" is not a famous YouTube channel with millions of subscribers. Well... at least not yet!

Otherwise, all is going along as best it can, in our little corner of the world. I realize I am rather overdue for a "Hive Goals" post and update, so that's also in the hopper for the coming weeks!

Things seem to be going rather slowly this year, so I don't know whether I'll even make it to my 6,000 HP goal, for the end of the year.

And that's about all we have for the current update... better get this out and published before the weekend officially ends!

There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
