Hola amigos. Con el deseo de que estén todos bien. El día de ayer fue para mí día de regocijo, ya que se celebraba el día del Geólogo, una ocasión donde se honra a todos las personas relacionadas con esta importante y sublime profesión que tanto aporta al conocimiento científico de la Tierra y al desarrollo socioeconómico de las naciones en materia de prospección de recursos minerales, petróleo, agua subterránea, y mucho más.
Para celebrar la ocasión, fui invitado junto a mis colegas del Servicio Geológico de Cuba a tener un tiempo de refrigerio en el Complejo Recreativo Guaicanamar, en el municipio habanero de Guanabacoa, sitio en el que confraternizamos entre amigos y colegas en un ambiente de alegrías, buena música, comidas y sobre todo, en un entorno en dónde pudimos interactuar como una gran familia de estudiosos y amantes de la naturaleza.
Hello friends. Wishing you all well. Yesterday was for me a day of rejoicing, since it was celebrated the Geologist's day, an occasion where we honor all the people related to this important and sublime profession that contributes so much to the scientific knowledge of the Earth and to the socioeconomic development of nations in terms of prospecting for mineral resources, oil, groundwater, and much more.
To celebrate the occasion, I was invited together with my colleagues of the Geological Survey of Cuba to have a time of refreshment at the Guaicanamar Recreational Complex, in the Havana municipality of Guanabacoa, a place where we fraternized among friends and colleagues in an atmosphere of joy, good music, food and above all, in an environment where we could interact as a big family of scholars and nature lovers.
