Mi vida como Fisioterapeuta últmamente [ES | EN]
Últimamente mi vida ha estado en constante movimiento y estoy en todos lados, no sé si me vea en unos años más en esto, mientras disfruto el proceso. En esta oportunidad quiero compartirles razones del por qué no debería sentirme estancada porque aún no termino la universidad y no me siento capaz de rendir en trabajar y estudiar a la vez cuando los demás de mis compañeros no pueden, siempre soy y otro compañero el que cumple las responsabilidades con el proyecto.
Lately my life has been in constant movement and I am everywhere, I don't know if I will see myself in a few more years in this, while I enjoy the process. In this opportunity I want to share with you reasons why I shouldn't feel stagnant because I haven't finished college yet and I don't feel able to perform in working and studying at the same time when the rest of my classmates can't, it's always me and another classmate who fulfills the responsibilities with the project.
Comer sano ha Sido unas de mis metas en este año 2025, mi desayuno para afrontar mi día como Fisioterapeuta estuvo hecho de aguacates, huevo sancohado y una arepa.
Eating healthy has been one of my goals in this year 2025, my breakfast to face my day as a Physical Therapist was made of avocados, boiled egg and an arepa.
En esta ocasión fue otro desayuno que quise realizar con huevos, aguacates, arepa frita y café.
This time it was another breakfast I wanted to make with eggs, avocados, fried arepa and coffee.
Haciendo lo que más me gusta, enseñar a los más jóvenes: ¿qué es el embarazo precoz? a través de los ojos de la Fisioterapia. Nunca pensé que sería yo quien diera una charla por primera vez a niños de secundaria, cuando yo también tuve mi camisa azul y fui adolescente. Solo que fui más tranquila pero también me creía que me las sabía todas. Cuando eres adulto comprendes que cuando adolescentes tomamos decisiones malas y luego nos arrepentimos para toda la vida.
Siempre me daban charlas del embarazo precoz, es la típica charla que dan en Venezuela pero ahora comprendo porque los cuerpos de las adolescentes no están desarrollados completamente para tener un bebé y por eso hay tantos trastornos como la parálisis cerebral o la hidrocefalia hoy en día en Venezuela.
Tenemos un apagón pedagógico en las instituciones, un apagón deportivo y la alimentación no es la correcta. Hay más niños con bajo peso por no alimentarse bien y no rendir en las evaluaciones.
Y si me ven con chaqueta negra es que me protejo de la lluvia porque últimamente está lloviendo mucho. Llovió tanto que en cumaná llegó una onda tropical que provocó caídas de árboles impidiendo el pase. Espero les haya gustado mi experiencia de mi día a día como Fisioterapeuta. Nos vemos pronto!
Doing what I like the most, teaching the youngest: what is early pregnancy? through the eyes of Physiotherapy. I never thought that I would be the one to give a talk for the first time to high school children, when I also had my blue shirt and was a teenager. I was just calmer but I also thought I knew it all. When you are an adult you understand that as teenagers we make bad decisions and then regret them for life.
They always gave me talks about early pregnancy, it is the typical talk they give in Venezuela but now I understand why teenage girls' bodies are not fully developed to have a baby and that is why there are so many disorders such as cerebral palsy or hydrocephalus today in Venezuela.
We have a pedagogical blackout in the institutions, a blackout in nutrition and also a sports blackout. There are more underweight children because they do not eat well and do not perform in evaluations.
And if you see me with a black jacket, it is because I am protecting myself from the rain because lately it has been raining a lot. It rained so much that in Cumana there was a tropical wave that caused trees to fall, impeding the passage. I hope you liked my experience of my day to day as a Physiotherapist. See you soon!
