TBT Gender Justice Workshop

This discussion reminds me of one of the many workshops I had the opportunity to attend, organized by the Supreme Court of Justice. I had just graduated and continued attending events to further my training with my colleagues, both professionally and personally, because these courses and workshops allowed us to perform better in our jobs.

TBT Taller De Justicia de Género

Este conversatorio me recuerda, uno de los muchos talleres, que tuve la oportunidad de asistir organizado por el tribunal Supremo de Justicia, recién estaba graduada, y continuaba asistiendo a eventos para seguir capacitándome en compañía de mis compañeras, como profesionales y también a nivel personal porque estos cursos o talleres nos permitían tener un mejor desempeño en nuestros puestos de trabajo.

By acquiring more knowledge, we could learn and seek strategies to eliminate existing inequalities in society, to understand that all of us, both women and men, deserve the same opportunities. For example, in the workplace, there are few executive positions for women, competitive salaries, and at home, just as the mother has her duties at home, the father must also be motivated to help out at home.

Al adquirir más conocimientos podíamos conocer y buscar las estrategias para lograr eliminar las desigualdades existentes en la sociedad, lograr entender que todos tanto como mujeres y hombres merecemos las mismas oportunidades, un caso, por ejemplo, en el campo laboral pocos cargos ejecutivos de mujeres, salarios competitivos, en el hogar, así como la madre tiene sus deberes en el hogar, el padre también debe motivarse a ayudar en el hogar.

I attended this workshop with colleagues. After the workshop, we enjoyed a reception for attendees. For me, it was a wonderful day of learning, an enriching experience, and it taught us that we must continue seeking tools to build a world with gender equality in the different roles we face at certain times, because we are all capable of handling it with professionalism.

Para este taller asistí con colegas, luego del taller disfrutamos de una recepción para los asistentes. Para mí fue un día grandioso y de mucho aprendizaje, una experiencia enriquecedora y nos dejó la enseñanza de que tenemos que continuar buscando herramientas para construir un mundo con igualdad de género en los diferentes roles que nos toca enfrentar en momentos determinados porque todos somos capaces de enfrentarlo con profesionalismo

In this space, the Supreme Court of Justice presented to us the role it plays and the work it has been doing implementing the necessary policies to promote greater equality between men and women.
