I carefully descended a steep hill toward the distribution center before detouring to a nearby waterfall, where high currents swept away some cargo. After recovering and connecting the facility to the chiral network, Benjamin Rivera advised rest. A sudden, real gate quake then shook the facility, threatening the research lab.
I was actually excited as I was close to the distribution center. But I had to be careful while climbing down that steep hill to keep my balance under the heavy weight.
When the distribution center came into my vision, I started running real fast toward it. But then, suddenly, I decided to change my course to explore the surrounding landscape.
Yeah, I actually saw a waterfall nearby, so I decided to get there first and enjoy its beauty before getting to the distribution center. Though I messed up, jumping into the high current of the waterfalls, where I lost some cargo, fortunately I still had the required chiral density gauges with me.
And yeah, at last I reached close to the waterfalls, to as far as I could get. The sound of the waterfalls was just awesome as the water crashed down into the basin.
While I was getting back toward the distribution center, I did not mess up again while jumping safely to the other side of the water line. I even decided to let Sam drink some energy drink to get back his stamina after the exhausting detour.
At last I reached the distribution center and after activating the terminal, I delivered the chiral density gauges and also connected this distribution center to the chiral network.
This man named Benjamin Rivera seemed like the head of this facility, and I could ask him some questions. After knowing what the blood grenade is, I asked him what the next order was.
Benjamin had delivery orders for me, but he suggested I should get some rest in the private room, mentioning I would have to pass through some dangerous territory later. He added they would have to do a quick survey of the chiral density, so I might not want to leave right away.
After getting to the private room, Sam headed to the bed directly as he was too tired. Suddenly, the whole place started shaking, and I was pretty sure it was just a nightmare in his dream.
But later, Sam got up and heard it was a gate quake, which was actually real. Benjamin mentioned the facility was intact, but the research lab might have taken a severe hit from the tremor.

I honestly couldn't resist taking a look.
The peaceful trip to the waterfall followed by the intense tremor was a perfect reminder that this world can change in an instant.
Yeah, the calm didn't last very long.
That waterfall looked way too good to ignore. Yeah, the water current tried to steal your cargo, but at least the important package survived. That could've ended much worse.
