Exhausting Yet Insightful Training of Automated Counting Machine at Hagnaya Beach Resort

Hagnaya Beach Resort is one of the most well-known beach resorts in the northern part of Cebu. This beach is usually the venue of government training and various events because they have lots of function halls, an activity center, and rooms for guests. The resort is also popular for its wide or spacious swimming pool, restaurant, and kitchen that offers a delicious and nutritious menu. I already had a previous blog about this beach, but this time I will share my experiences and some places of the resort I visited during our ACM training. We had our Automated training last March 3-5,2025. It was exhausting yet insightful. The training was conducted by the Comelec and DOST. The purpose of the training is to train the Board of Elections Inspectors on how to operate the automated machine to be used during the national and local elections this coming May 12, 2025, to discuss the guidelines and procedures during FTS and Election Day.

It was a 3-day live-in training with free meals and lodging. Participants of the training were from San Remigio, Bogo, and the Medellin areas. The participants were too many that's why we were divided into 3 groups. On day 1, the facilitator discussed the theory of the ACM, procedures on the election, and practice on the operation of the machine. On the second day was the written and practical examination on the operation of ACM, while on the 3 day was the discussion of the general guidelines of the election. And after that was the payout of our honorarium. Before we went home, we were given time to enjoy swimming at the pool or to stroll around the beach for relaxation.

While having our training,, we enjoyed ourselves by taking photos of the places we strolled,, especially in the restaurant and bar section,, because we took our breakfast at the the beach bar. We were very thankful to the Comelec for the opportunity,, even if it it was very stressful,, but then we enjoyed our training and we will be enjoying the privileges given to us teachers during the election.

The training was successful,, and on the last day,, we strolleded around the pool,, and some were taking a bath. In my next blog,, I will show you the pool around the ship. I'm sure you will enjoy and love viingsiting the beach soon.
