My Entry for Reflection Hunters Contest SMARP

Hello friends.

The previous day, after work, my family went on a pilgrimage.
It wasn't a long, overnight trip.
We went to Kuthodaw Pagoda at the foot of the mountain in Mandalay.

There is a large 100-year-old star-flower tree in the Kuthodaw Pagoda grounds.
Pilgrims can rest under the shade of the tree.
In addition, traditional Burmese Thanaka, which protects against sunburn, can be applied on the stone flat.

So, after worshipping the Buddha, our family sat in the shade of a large star-flower tree and applied Thanaka to our cheeks.
We also took a souvenir photo of our family reflected in the large mirror.

Today, I'm sharing some of my pilgrims' memorable reflections for the Reflection Hunters Contest.

မင်္ဂလာပါ မိတ်ဆွေတို့ရေ။

ယခင်နေ့က အလုပ်ပါးလှပ်သည်နှင့် မိသားစု ဘုရားဖူးထွက်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဝေးလံသော ညအိပ်ခရီးတော့ မဟုတ်ပါ။
မန္တလေးမြို့ တောင်ခြေရှိ ကုသိုလ်တော်ဘုရား သို့ သွားရောက်၍ ဘုရားဖူးခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ကုသိုလ်တော်ဘုရား ပရဝုဏ်အတွင်း၌ နှစ်တစ်ရာကျော် သက်တမ်းရှိသည့် ခရေပင်ကြီး ရှိပါသည်။
ထိုခရေပင်ကြီး၏ အရိပ်အောက်၌ ဘုရားဖူးလာသူတွေ အနားယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် နေလောင်ဒဏ်ကို ကာကွယ်ပေးသည့် မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာ သနပ်ခါးကိုလည်း ကျောက်ပြင်ကြီး၌ သွေးကာ လိမ်းခြယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

သို့ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်တို့မိသားစုသည်လည်း ဘုရားဝတ်ပြုပြီးနောက် ခရေပင်ကြီး အရိပ်၌ ထိုင်ကာ ပါးပြင်မှာ သနပ်ခါးလိမ်းခြယ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ထိုစဉ် မှန်ကြီး၌ ထင်ပေါ်နေသော ကျွန်တော်တို့မိသားစု ပုံရိပ်ကိုလည်း အမှတ်တရဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ယူခဲ့ပါသည်။

ယနေ့မှာတော့ ဘုရားဖူးအမှတ်တရ အလင်းပြန်ပုံရိပ်အချို့ကို Reflection Hunters Contest အတွက် ဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါသည်။
