Shadow Hunters Community Contest SMASh - Round 429

The past couple of weeks have been particularly damp, with cloudy skies and occasional rain or drizzle, especially in the early morning and at dawn, which has made my weekly hunt for shadows a bit of a challenge.

However, yesterday, Saturday, as I was heading to my mother’s apartment, the day cleared up enough to let the sun shine for a few hours, so I took the opportunity to snap some photos in the outdoor planters outside her building.

As I have described before, I usually make use of the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed, in order to improve or highlight some element of my images.

Este último par de semanas ha sido particularmente húmedo, con cielos nublados y lluvias o lloviznas ocasionales, particularmente durante la madrugada y el amanecer, lo que me han dificultado la cacería de sombras semanal.

Sin embargo, ayer Sábado mientras me dirigía al apartameto de mi madre, el día aclaró lo suficiente para permitir que el sol brillase por algunas horas, lo que aproveché para tomar algunas fotos en las jardineras exteriores de su edificio.

Como he descrito anteriormente, usualmente hago uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed, con el objetivo de mejorar o destacar algún elemento de mis imágenes.
