My entry in the Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest - Round #395: Finding shadows in the light of dawn! [Eng/Esp]
Hey, friends of Shadow Hunters! Welcome to my entry in the round 395. I almost missed this week's contest, but I was just hunting for the right moment to capture this interesting shadow of a metal grate as I climbed the ramp leading to the classrooms at the university where I work.
At the start of each semester, I have to teach my classes on the second floor of the classrooms, so I always walk up this particular ramp. However, it often happened that on days when I walked up, it was cloudy, it was midday, and I completely lost the shadow projection, or I had to teach in the labs. So, throughout this year, and ever since I started writing posts dedicated to this event, I've tried to catch this shadow, but circumstances prevented me from doing so—until today!

Just today, I had to gather the first class of our elective. It wasn't classes per se, but rather an initial meeting to coordinate the class schedules. So, it was early in the morning, and the sky was clear, and the first rays of sunlight fell on the faculty, creating the shadow of the metal grating on the access ramp. I photographed it as I was climbing it. I've forgotten how many times I climbed up to watch classes, and now I pass by not only as a professor, but as the head of the department. It's interesting how fate unfolds. Seeing these shadows reminded me of everything I've been through and what's yet to come, just by seeing the projection of this wonderful shadow.
With this, I conclude my participation, friends. I hope you enjoyed this long projected shadow. It was precisely the length of this shadow that caught my attention the most, and it was the reason I'd spent so much time trying to capture it. See you in the next smash contest! Best regards.

Que tal amigos de Shadow Hunters! Bienvenidos a mi participación al concurso Smash en su ronda 395, casi me pierdo el concurso de esta semana, pero es que justamente estaba cazando el momento para capturar esta interesante sombra de una rejilla metálica al subir la rampa de acceso a los salones de clases en la universidad donde trabajo.
Con el inicio de cada semestre tengo que dar mis clases en el segundo piso de las aulas docentes así que siempre paso por esta rampa en particular, pero sucedía que los días que pasaba estaba nublado, era mediodía y perdía completamente la proyección de la sombra o tenía que dar clases en los laboratorios, así que a lo largo de todo este año y desde que empecé hacer los post dedicados a este evento, intentaba cazar esta sombra pero las circunstancias me lo impedían, hasta hoy!

Justo hoy tuve que reunir al primer curso de nuestra materia electiva, no eran clases per se, sino una primera reunión para cuadrar los horarios de la materia, así que fue temprano y justamente el cielo estaba despejado a esa hora de la mañana y los primeros rayos de sol se proyectaron sobre la facultad creando la sombra de la rejilla metálica en la rampa de acceso, la fotografíe a medida que iba subiendo por ella, ya olvidé la cantidad de veces que subía para ver clases y ahora paso no solo como profesor, sino como jefe de catedra. Es interesante como es el devenir del destino, ver estas sombras me hizo recordar por todo lo que he pasado y lo que falta, tan solo viendo la proyección de esta maravillosa sombra.
Con esto termino mi participación amigos, espero que les haya gustado esta larga sombra proyectada, justamente fue la extensión de esta sombra lo que más me llamaba la atención y era la razón por la que había estado tanto tiempo tratando de capturarla.
