A Season of Celebration || Every color has its own fragrance that people celebrate || Wheat Harvest Delight
Because when the farmers of our village were harvesting wheat, it would suddenly rain and this rain would continue for several days, due to which the harvested crop would get wet and it would have to be dried in the sun. This would also create difficulties in harvesting the crop and then there would be a risk of the wheat spoiling. In fact, sometimes the wheat grains would turn black, due to which the farmers would have to suffer a lot of losses.
I saw the farmers harvesting the beautiful golden wheat fields that were covered with beautiful golden colors. I saw the fields that were presenting a very beautiful view and in some places there was greenery and green grass which the people of our area use as fodder for goats, sheep and animals. In this green grass, mustard flowers were growing here and there. There were also mustard plants which were also indicating that spring has ended and now summer has begun. The biggest joy that happens in our village and the area during summer is that in the last week of April, wheat harvesting starts in the entire area and the buying and selling of the wheat crop also starts with a bang. Apart from this, fairs are organized in some places in our area in the month of May. Those fairs indicate that the farmers have harvested their crop and now they are celebrating because Punjab is the province of fairs and festivals. The culture here is very beautiful and the colors here are celebrated at different times. And then the wheat crop is a very important and important crop that everyone who is a farmer plants and stores wheat for the whole year because the most consumed food in my area is wheat and whoever has wheat feels happy, so fairs are also held after the harvest and the farmers express great joy. These are different colors that are beautiful in our culture and they are also called the colors of Punjab.
The harvesting of wheat is the most important stage for farmers, which is the second week of harvest. Earlier, it took a lot of time because the crop was harvested using traditional methods. Now, by using modern machinery, the harvest is done quickly and on time. After the harvest, fairs are organized. Farmers go to fairs and express their happiness there. Then, after the fairs, games are held for a week. These games include traditional games like kabaddi and wrestling, horse racing, camel racing, bull racing, donkey racing. All these types of races are also included in these games, which the farmers and the local people are very happy to see. After that, the summer weather becomes very intense and due to this intensity, many fairs are stopped. But the most important fruit or food is melon. People eat a lot of melon and melons and watermelons are produced in our area in summer in very large quantities. In this way, people cool down the harvest of these melons and watermelons and We eat by the canals or the Indus River and in the afternoon when the heat is less intense, we arrange a party for friends there. This makes the summer season very beautiful, which is celebrated a lot in our area.
The colors of every village in Punjab are beautiful. If we talk about colors, then colors are the colors of the scattered culture, the colors of clothes, the colors of wearing, listening, every color is beautiful. Every color has its own fragrance that people celebrate. Similarly, when the wheat crop is ripening and harvesting begins, its beautiful fragrant fragrance and beautiful feeling is felt, so in this way it also makes the environment fragrant.
The farmers of our village also raise livestock and need fodder for the whole year to feed the animals. Some farmers harvest the wheat crop with their own hands using traditional methods. Sometimes, if the farmer cannot harvest the crop himself, he hires laborers and the labor is paid per acre. In this way, the wheat crop that is harvested by hand is harvested under pressure so that the straw and grains are separated and the straw is used to feed the animals throughout the year. I am sharing this beautiful color that I saw this morning with you all in the form of an article. I believe that every region has its own beautiful colors. Every region has its own crop. The farmers of every region cultivate crops according to the needs of their region and then harvest them. Every region has its own important crop. Just like the most important crop in my region is wheat because it is used for food all year round and the farmers also spend their entire year's expenses from it. I am very grateful to all of you. Thank you all for reading my beautiful article today. I took these pictures today while I was walking in the morning. Thank you all very much.
