Weekend engagement 180: Lexter, my great companion on the weekends

Hello friends, I hope that this weekend is full of good experiences for all of you and that you have an incredibly good time, I was looking forward to this weekend in particular because where I live they will have a celebration to welcome Christmas and the I really don't want to miss it, Christmas is my favorite time of year and I simply love everything related to this holiday. Entering the main topic of the post, today I come to leave you my contribution to Weeend Engagement 180 this weekend, the topic I chose to develop was to show you what I do with my pet during the weekends, I hope you like my participation Without anything else to add, I will start with the post.

It's been almost a year since Lexter came into my life and since then he has been a great company for me, especially in these moments when I spend most of the day alone since my girlfriend works during the weekends and basically at my house Only my girlfriend, my dog and I live there.

Lexter is a very calm dog, I have always heard that dogs when they are puppies are a little rebellious, but he is always very calm, lying down watching me do the housework, he only gets very anxious when it is time to feed him.

He is a very gluttonous dog, he eats basically everything you give him and sometimes in large quantities so I have to measure his food portions a lot, when he eats he doesn't leave even a bit of food on his plate and he is always waiting for me to give him some other snack during the day.

He is also somewhat skittish, he is usually always very aware of any strange noise to start barking, the truth is that this behavior has never bothered me because it always keeps me alert in case they are knocking on the door of the house.

In general, I love my dog, as I mentioned before, he keeps me a lot of company during Saturdays and Sundays, which are the days when I am alone at home and he is very obedient and calm, for example, I can open the front door with the security of that he is not going to leave the house unless I give him permission to go out with me.

I feel that his way of being combines very well with my personality, I also consider myself a very calm person, so sometimes we are just sitting watching our surroundings quietly enjoying each other's company.
