Day trip at near Kyiv forest photo report

Hello, dear all!

In the woods, rain and shrooms,
Tired but happily we roam.
New adventures loom.

On Sunday, my wife and I decided to spend some time in probably our favorite way – strolling through the woods. The reason for this lovely outing was to hunt for mushrooms. There were plenty of mushrooms indeed, but unfortunately, most of them were not edible (we stumbled upon quite a few fly agarics scattered here and there). It seems someone beat us to the good ones, but luckily, we managed to find a healthy and delicious white mushroom hiding from passersby's eyes. We enjoyed it with fried potatoes in the evening – simply delightful! Overall, the walk turned out to be quite pleasant. We took breaks along the way (I even did my daily yoga exercises under the gentle rain that started). We also took pictures of the lovely summer flowers that adorned the forest even more. In short, we felt like we belonged – a part of this incredibly vibrant and not just urban life that constantly surrounds us, but we often forget about it in the cities. On our way back, the rain caught up with us, and we got a bit wet, but our spirits were high and happy. To new adventures, I wish you all the best, dear friends!

В лісі дощ і гриби,
Втомились, проте щасливі.
Пригоди ждуть нас.

У неділю ми з дружиною вирішили провести час, мабуть найулюбленішим нами чином, а саме погуляти лісом. Поводом для прогулянки у нас є пошук грибів, грибів було багато, але не їстівних (було багато тигрового мухомора розкиданого де інде) , мабуть, до нас ті гриби хтось "покосив", бо нам вдалось знайти лише один але здоровений "білий гриб", який ховався від очей перехожих (гарної якості, ми його з'їли у вечорі зі смаженою картоплею). Загалом прогулянка вийшла доволі приємною, робили привали (навіть зробив свої щоденні вправи з Йоги під легким дощиком, що починався), фоткали літні квіточки, які ще більше прикрашали ліс. Відчули себе на "своєму місті" — частинкою світу насиченого життям та не тільки... який завжди нас оточує, але про це починаєш забувати в містах. Вертались на дорогу вже під дощем, трохи мокрі, але щасливі :) До нових "пригод". Бажаю вам добра, шановні.
