A Splashing Visit at Lugait Coastal Areas
This spots here is the perfect areas for a swim, underneath of this salt water is also a fine sands and rock pools if it is low tide. Some fishermen also catched lots of fish here and they called the fish they catched here "Isda sa Bato". Every lowtide, this wide seascapes here will turned into a dry surface and only big rocks and corals can see. Underneath in the water are also lots of young manggrove trees and other seaweeds. This coastal is facing towards the so-called panguil bay located near Iligan City and aside of that, lots of big ships always passing by here everytime because of the corporation built here in Lugait.
Walking here in the coast is good but it must be careful by walking at the shore barefoot because most of the place contains this kind of plants were lots of thorns on its stems. Some of it are fall to the ground and burried on the sands, despite of that kind of situations, this plants helps the dry land to keep away from erosions due to big waves and we can looked for any areas were no dangerous plants grows. This is a very common and popular kinds of plants here and it grows everywhere as long as it is near at the sea but there are some parts of the place here are cleared by this plants so that people can freely explored and walk the coast.
We also noticed this few coconut trees near at the sea water, the roots are slowly continously shows at the surface due to a big waves always happens here every bad weather or typhoon. Some of it are already submerged at the sea water and drown. The sea water also keep continouing increasing the water level resulting that this place is already reached. This few coconuts here gives the place a shady and cool relaxing views and aside of that, a dry coconut palm for firewoods. Those trees are leaning to towards the sea because of the strong winds always happens here.
This area here was once a water pump structures but it also collapses and destroyed by sea waves leaving this big pieces of concretes on the shore. It was also completely submerged by sea water and covered with wild plants. I remembered once when I was a little kid, visited here were the structure stand that time but many time passing by and the structure was completely gone.
Small boats are very important in terms of fishing activities, and fishermen owned this kind of unique sea vehicles. Every breaktime, they put their small boats here at the dry surface so the waves cannot reached out and washed away the boats. Each boats coated with colorful paints and designs and marked with serial numbers. Some of the boats are new and few of it are old but it is still usable. This small wooden boat will set sail to the sea every afternoon bringing lots of fish after a few hours from the sea.
As my Experienced by visiting here, the place is truly relaxing and and everybody wants to visit here will be enjoyed and worth it to visit the place. Thank you for visiting my post and have a nice day to all.
