Photo Trip | Austria - A few different places and buildings in Vienna

Vienna is a very large city with many interesting historic buildings. It takes quite a while to see them all and tour at least some of them from the inside. With the limited time I had, I could only admire some of them from the outside for a moment and take a souvenir photo. Below are a few different places and buildings I passed by while exploring Vienna.

Wiedeń to bardzo duże miasta z wieloma ciekawymi historycznymi budynkami. Potrzeba sporo czasu aby je wszystkie zobaczyć i przynajmniej część z nich zwiedzić wewnątrz. Przy ograniczonym czasie jakim miałem, część z nich mogłem tylko przez chwilę podziwiać z zewnątrz i zrobić pamiątkowe zdjęcie. Poniżej kilka różnych miejsc i budynków, które mijałem podczas zwiedzania Wiednia.

Gardekirche – Church of the Holy Cross. The Polish Church of the Resurrection is also located on Rennweg Street, less than 900 m from the aforementioned hotel, and at the northern exit of the Belvedere Gardens. It was built between 1755 and 1763.

Gardekirche – Kościół świętego Krzyża. Polski Kościół Zmartwychwstańców znajduje się również przy ulicy Rennweg niecałe 900 m od wspomnianego hotelu oraz przy północnym wyjściu z ogrodów Belwederu. Powstał w latach 1755–1763.

In front of the church stands a bronze statue of John Paul II.

Przed kościołem znajduje się Pomnik Jana Pawła II wykonany z brązu.

The Musikverein (Vienna Music Society) building is a concert hall in Vienna dating from 1870. It is also the home of the Vienna Philharmonic. A lot of people online praise this place and the concerts held here.

Budynek Musikverein (Wiedeńskie Towarzystwo Muzyczne) jest to sala koncertowa w Wiedniu z 1870 roku. Jest również siedzibą Filharmoników Wiedeńskich. Sporo osób w Internecie chwali to miejsce i koncerty jakie się tu odbywają.

The Albertina Modern Museum of Modern Art. A neoclassical building dating from 1865.

Muzeum sztuki nowoczesnej Albertina Modern. Neoklasycznym budynek z 1865 r.

The Karlsplatz subway station with its Art Nouveau-style pavilion. All three of the buildings mentioned above are located next to each other at Karlsplatz.

This place is located less than 200 m from St. Charles Church (Karlskirche).

Miejsce to znajduje się niecałe 200 m od Kościóła św. Karola (Karlskirche).

I took the last photo at the end of my tour, at a spot I can no longer find on the map.
