Picnic time by the nature: Pertuso Straits – Borbera Valley (Cantalupo Ligure AL, Italy)💚🌱🍃

Picnic Time by the nature.png

Hello everyone, today I'll be taking you to a river valley, another place we often spend summer. Pertuso Straits – Borbera Valley (Cantalupo Ligure AL, Italy) It's one of our favorite spots, and this is the first time this summer we've visited this spot. Every year, it's exciting because the river in the valley changes its shape. Whether it's natural or man-made, we'll have to see how it changes this year.

After we arrived, we parked our car and packed our picnic supplies. Every time we come, we have to choose our own seats, so we brought a blanket to prepare. This time, we walked down a bit into the forest, following a childish path, but it was still convenient and not too difficult.

When we arrived at the river, we looked for Su Thep. We chose to sit. We came on a normal day. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, there are usually more people, so there are fewer options. We decided to walk across to the other side. This year, things have changed quite a bit. The place we usually couldn't walk to has become deeper, but it wasn't a problem.

We chose to sit on a large rock. It was perfect for a time when there weren't many people sitting around like us. The water around the edge is deep, similar to a swimming pool, but not too deep. There's always water flowing. The water is clear and cool, but when contrasting with the heat and the current weather, it's a perfect match.

The atmosphere is wonderful today, with sunshine. The sound of flowing water, almost like the sound of birds, was amidst nature. We chose this walk and brought food for a picnic. Our seats weren't flat because we were digging rocks, but it wasn't too difficult because the rocks were large. We were able to find a place to put our things and find a spot.

After a relaxing meal, we wanted to go for a swim. It felt like a natural swimming pool, but this was truly nature's creation. The water was so clear I could see fish swimming around. It was amazing and fascinating.

Everything went well. We spent about half a day here because the atmosphere was great. After sunbathing, we went to play in the cool water.

I love how you captured the river’s changes over the years, and that natural “swimming pool” sounds incredible. It really seems like the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and just being connected to the natures💜.

Wow, reading the story immediately makes me imagine the atmosphere 😍. Sitting relaxed on a large rock while listening to the sound of flowing water, feeling the gentle breeze, and occasionally dipping my feet in the clear water—it seems like all the tiredness just disappears. It's really unique, the shape of the river changes every year, so I always feel curious when I go back. The photos are also beautiful, making me want to spread out a mat and bring some supplies there too.😁

@miingjazz What a lovely location! It's always amazing to see how rivers change every year; it's like nature's own art exhibit. I adore how you schedule a visit each summer to observe those changes.
