Hi my dear community, this weekend I had the opportunity to visit for the first time the Ordoño Hotel, located in the municipality of Gibara, in the historic center of the city, a jewel of local architecture, being the highest building in the city, visible from almost all the village, serving as a point of reference for visitors. It offers great comfort in an area where modernity converges with nature.

As its workers told me, it was founded around 1900 by the Spaniard Felipe Ordoño, but it was repaired and reopened in 2013, boosting tourism. As I was getting closer, I felt excited about how imposing and beautiful it is, I approached the lobby bar, where I was very well attended, with a varied menu of coffees, with excellent prices and quality.

Then I moved to the restaurant area, which has various offers of regional and international food, with affordable prices and excellent quality.

Then I set out to explore the terrace bar, which has two levels, the first with snack service, with an area to sunbathe and on the second a viewpoint with an exceptional view of the city and the sea, it also has a Jacuzzi.

I spent the afternoon there, enjoying the sea breeze, tranquility and good music.

I consider it an excellent hotel to come and know Gibara, where good treatment, food and drinks are guaranteed, central, with immediate access to all parks, shops, parks, recreation centers and beaches.

On this occasion I did not stay overnight, but it has 27 large and beautiful rooms. Do not miss the opportunity to know it.

Buenas mi querida comunidad, el fin de semana tuve la oportunidad de visitar por primera vez el Hotel Ordoño, ubicado en el municipio de Gibara, en el centro histórico de la ciudad, una joya de la arquitectura local, siendo el edificio más alto de la ciudad, visible desde casi todo el pueblo, sirviendo de punto de referencia para los visitantes. Ofrece gran confort en una zona donde confluye lo moderno con la naturaleza.

Según me contaron sus trabajadores, se fundó alrededor del año 1900, por el español Felipe Ordoño, pero fue reparado y reabierto en el año 2013, potenciando el turismo. Desde que me iba acercando me sentía emocionada por lo imponente y hermoso que es, me acerqué al lobby bar, donde fui muy bien atendida, contando con una carta variada de cafés, con excelentes precios y calidad.

Luego me desplacé al área del restaurante, que cuenta con variadas ofertas de comida regional e internacional, con precios asequibles y excelente calidad.

Después me dispuse a explorar el bar terraza, que tiene dos niveles, el primero con servicio de snack, con un área para tomar sol y en el segundo un mirador con una vista excepcional de la ciudad y el mar, además cuenta con un jacuzzi.

Pasé la tarde ahí, disfrutando de la brisa del mar, tranquilidad y buena música.

Considero que se trata de un excelente hotel para venir a conocer Gibara, donde el buen trato, comida y bebidas están garantizadas, céntrico, con acceso inmediato a todos los parques, tiendas, parques, centros recreativos y playas.

En esta ocasión no me quedé hospedada, pero cuenta con 27 habitaciones grandes, y hermosas. No pierdan la oportunidad de conocerlo.
