My Morning Walked At Lug-an Coastal Areas in Manticao, Misamis Oriental, Mindanao Philippines

A pleasant day to all of us Worldmappin travelers around the World. Walking every morning is also a kind of simple exercises and as for that, many wonderful places we can reached like Beaches, coastal areas and many more. This morning O decided to the one of the popular coastal areas here in Manticao, The Lug-an Coastal areas. It is located at Zone 18 Barangay Poblacion Manticao, this place is quitely far from main road and it needs to walk a few meters before reaching the coast. Every morning, there are lots of people decided to walked here exploring the entire place, watching the sea and splashing water and sometimes collecting seashells as decorations.

Seashells scattered everywhere particularly at the shore. Just like the other shorelines I've visited, it contains lots of big rocks and corals. Crabs, shrimps and crustaceans also hid and lived here. This coastal also connected at the old bay-walk in Barangay Punta Silum and it was also submerged at the sea water many years already. Those black spots was once an asphalt road at the bay-walk and for centuries, it was completely abandoned. Broken corals are also scattered at the place and some Manggrove trees grows at the place were sea water can reached every high tide.

Every morning, there are lots of fishermen went here casting their nets to the sea to catch lots of fish. This areas is perfect and served as a fishing ground, it is nearly at the shoreline but very deep even if it is low tide. Almost 50 Small boats went here every morning and evening just to catch lots of fish, and some of them are went near at the shore to looked for any exotic seashells for meals.

There are also lots of tall coconut trees can be seen and found here but it grows here many years has past, it does not planted by land owner. Those trees are leaning towards the sea because of the strong winds always happened here. It produces lots of fruits and the falling dry palm branches are served as a firewoods to all residents here. Aside of that, Romblon plants also grows in here producing lots of leaves and branches. It is very perfect to do camping trips or picnics under in this trees because of the shady and relaxing views.

Not far enough is the newly built private beach resort. Some parts of the structures are made of light materials like bamboo pieces, lumbers, plainshets and round lumbers. It is facing towards the sea and the surrounding is constructed with solid concrete so the soil wont easily eroded. Sea walls also constructed below of the beach resort so the waves wont directly hit to the structures. Near at the beach resort is the high cliff made of solid stones called " Pagang".

Big stones can also be seen near at the newly built beach resort. This stones was falled down from the cliff due to road excavating and it landed here many years ago. Some of it are already submerged to the sea water covered with sea weeds and manggrove trees. Every high tide, this big pieces of rocks will submerged by the sea water. Lots of crabs and sea shells hiding under this big rocks and it only comes out during high tide.

Some of the big rocks can also found not far enough here and it is also landed here many years already. Every high tide, this big rocks also drowned by the sea water and it can only seen half, some of the rock surface are filled with lots of wild grass and manggrove trees and it contains lots of holes that served as a hiding areas of crabs.

Not only as for fishing areas but also a swimming areas, a perfect place to do the activities. Others do boating activities here and its because there are lots of rock pools, we can also do swimming through it and served as a nature made water pools. Lug-an Coastal areas is not only a simple coastal areas but it is also a paradisiacal place that everyone love to visit. Thank you for visiting my post, have a nice day to everyone.
