"Ciudad Blanca" Park [ENG/SPA]
Greetings friends. It's been a while since I've been here to share a post with you. Today I have little time to go out to visit certain places, but I have made time to visit this beautiful and gigantic park in the city on a rainy day.
These days it has been raining and the day I decided to visit this park it was also rainy, but when it stopped raining I wanted to take a walk through such a beautiful park taking advantage of the fact that there would not be so many people and I could take pictures and focus on the site and not the people.
In the picture you can see a picture of the entrance of the park. It is not so different from any other street, because the park does not have an entrance as such, but is open all around.

Saludos amigos.
As it was still a rainy day I didn't want to go on foot, so I took my bike and rode all the way until I got to the big traffic circle known as the mother's traffic circle, it is right next to the park, it is its reference point.
Well, upon entering the park, one of the first things we encounter, especially in this rainy season, is the vegetation found in the green areas, surrounded by walkways, benches, lamp posts and other concrete and stone areas of the park.

It had been a long time since I had visited the park, due to the short time I have available and also because of the rains. However, seeing it like this is quite interesting for me because it allows us to see how beautiful and lush the park looks in all its green areas, which barely managed to stay alive in the harsh sun of the city.
Of course, it is not different from other parks or squares in any other city, it has for example a large esplanade where people normally walk, children play and street vendors with their carts or stalls are installed.
In festive seasons it is very common to see in this great esplanade of stones some attractions or carousels.
But in these times, especially in rainy weather, the park is almost entirely alone. If I remember correctly there were only a couple of other people in the whole park.
You can get an idea of what the weather is like just by looking at the cloud covered mountain. In fact I was lucky because when I was on my way to the park a mist was forming, but by the time I got there it was gone.
But for the purpose of the post, this is not a bad thing, on the contrary, the fact that there are no people allows me to take these pictures without any problem with any passerby, because this park is usually full of people, even on weekdays.
As I said before, the park is huge, it would take quite a while to walk through it. Even I was on a bike and it took me about an hour to walk around while I was taking pictures and enjoying the view.
Regarding the size of the park, I must clarify that it is so big that it has two parts, the main one that I showed you, which is a quite extensive area of esplanades with many green areas and benches like the ones you saw in the pictures.
The second area connects with the first one through this bridge, which is over a main avenue.

And here we arrive at the second area of the park, where there are very nice areas, with parks, more walkways and very interesting things.
There are some water fountains where they have many decorations. At night they turn on some lights that make it look more beautiful, but since it was still daytime I could not capture the moment. People come to take pictures in this part of the park.
As you can see in the picture below, there is a large path that goes from the bridge and stretches the entire length of the second area of the park.
Often in this part they tend to rent a lot of electric cars for kids, electric skateboards and double bikes for some couples. As I said, in the daytime and with a lot of people, when it is not rainy season, the park comes to life, but it would be impossible to take this kind of pictures. Notice that at the end of the path there is a black spot, that is the only person in this part of the park, it was a guy doing calisthenics.
It happens that in this part there are many recreational areas, I feel that this part of the park is the family area, because further to the back there is a park within the park, specifically for dogs.

In fact, in this area there are many stalls like the ones you see in the image below. There are sales of various items, including handicrafts and as I said, stalls where you can rent various vehicles like the ones I mentioned before, to tour the park's walkways and corridors.
After touring the entire park it was time to retire, but not before taking a picture to remember.

The place is really beautiful, nice to relax, I really like the design, it's very beautiful and amazing ❤️🙏
It is a nice place for the whole family
This park looks really beautiful! The green plants and big open spaces make it a great place to visit. Riding a bike around must have been fun, and it’s nice that there weren’t too many people because of the rain. The second area with the bridge and fountains seems very interesting too. It must look even better at night with all the lights on. Thank you for sharing your visit!
The second area is my favorite, it is always enjoyable to cross that bridge.
And well, thanks to you for taking the time to stop by and visit my post and leave a valuable comment.

This park looks amazing! I love how you captured the peaceful atmosphere, especially with the rain. It's interesting how the park has two distinct areas, each with its own charm. The photos of the fountains and the long pathway are particularly beautiful. I can imagine how lively it gets when it's not raining. Thanks for sharing this hidden gem!
