Visiting relatives in Silesian Zoological Park, Part 2
The second part of the zoo! So after the wolverine, we got to the section with different birds, monkeys and different reptiles. But before the event, my mom @olga.maslievich encouraged me to take a photo in this booth. She had a very creative idea to pull part of my hair out to add realism to the photo.
Also later @bugavi decided to join the photo. What a beautiful husband and wife we are 😌.

So, it all started when we went inside and heard terrible screams that echoed throughout the room. Having recovered from the shock, we found the source of the sounds. It was a nervous parrot who had a breakdown, and it seemed like he was pouring out his soul in this way. When we left, he calmed down a little, fortunately.
There were four cages around us with four different types of birds, in one of which I saw super cute little colorful birds that looked like partridges. They were round in shape and all huddled together.
In another cage there were cockatiels with cute red cheeks that looked like a cute blush. At first I confused them with cockatoos because they are very similar. This color is one of the most impressive for me, I don't know how nature was able to do something so incredible. They always have a cheerful expression on their faces and it seems like they are a little shy. It's really so beautiful. They even look a little like Japanese geishas. But for some reason I forgot to take a photo of them. There were also two very beautiful green-red parrots. Such a bright color is mesmerizing. They sat on a branch and amazed everyone with their gorgeous feathers. They are also very fluffy.
Also, one blue macaw parrot was sitting on the ground and eating everything left on his plate. His feathers are a true work of art.
Moving further down the corridor we started to notice many different reptiles in the form of iguanas and snakes. The first cage we saw had several bright green and active iguanas running around the terrarium, but @bugavi still managed to catch the right moment for the shot.
In the next terrarium we saw a beautiful brown viper curled up in a ball with its head resting in the middle. It was very rude of it to stick its tongue out at us! @bugavi made really spectacular photo of the snake also, but I thought that I would leave the photo for her own post. So stay tuned and you'll be able to see that great photo.
Also near her terrarium on the side we saw others in which there were several different animals, such as turtles, lizards and so on. But we did not notice one animal there. They skillfully camouflaged themselves and remained unnoticed until I took a closer look at the branch. On it, immobile, as if glued, sat a chameleon-like lizard. You can only envy such camouflage!

Then in the glass enclosures we saw many different types of monkeys. The very first ones that caught my attention were the black fluffy little monkeys that were running on the branches from side to side. These are the cutest monkeys I have ever seen in my entire life! Also, the black color on them looks very exotic.
There were also a few other monkeys of other species there, which were also very fun and funny, but I was running out of space on my phone, so these are the only photos I was able to get from our other devices. I noticed from the behavior of all the animals, the monkeys were most interested in exploring the people who were watching them first.
Also opposite the monkey enclosures there were various reptiles. In small terrariums that were attached to the wall, many small and various lizards were kept. Their spaces were decorated with greenery with all sorts of sticks and grass. Among all these decorations, in most cases we simply did not find the main exhibits that live there, but if you look closely, you might still be able to find at least one. Their camouflage skills do not fail them. And with such conditions, I was able to see only two species of lizards out of all those that were presented there. But nevertheless, these two were so impressive that all our attention was focused only on them. One of them was bright green with red spots on it. They say that poisonous animals usually have such a bright color, and it would be interesting to know if it is also poisonous. It looks like some kind of magical animal of the fire element. He sat very photogenically on a chair without moving, and so @bugavi was able to take several beautiful photos that perfectly captured his beauty.
And the second lizard was a magical soft color. It had green, blue, and purple colors, and they blended together. It looked really beautiful.
And @gtg captured an incredible shot of one such lizard climbing onto a branch in its terrarium. This indescribably beautiful photo was taken with a regular phone. Look how clearly all the scales on the surface of its head and body are visible. Also, the colors are perfectly rendered.
After that, we left the room. On our way to the next, bigger animals, we met these beauties. They were lying half-asleep, their heads held high. Can you believe that in the open wild space they are the fastest animals in the world? They can reach speeds of 112 km/h! Yes, you know, although it is difficult to distinguish them from each other, I definitely checked, this is a cheetah. In the wild, these cars overtake everyone around them, and you can't run away from them. But now in this enclosure they look like sleepy domestic cats that you can take in your arms. I was able to take a picture of the fur of one of them when he was lying right under the window.
Also, I really want to share with you these incredible shots @bugavi made. Even though we were really angry at her for wasting so much time on these, they're worth it!
Then we walked through the park and enjoyed the greenery and flowers around us. There was a lot of territory with different lasagnas for animals. The flowering trees around us looked like big pink clouds. It's so beautiful how hundreds of flowers look on one branch. All the shoots, petals, when you put it all together, it looks like a real divine vision!
Then we came across a room with crocodiles. When we entered, we saw one crocodile lazily lying in the middle of a pond, and realizing that there was nothing to photograph, we headed further down the hall. In the next section, we saw a beautiful garden with many birds inside. Many of them had a very unique color and appearance. They flew around the room and sang their songs. As we walked further, there was a corridor with monkeys, but we didn't photograph it anymore.
Between all the animals, we spotted the wild ones, which were jumping happily :-)
After leaving the room, we also decided to look at some birds sitting in cages near the building. And I was so fascinated! Sitting on the branches were two of the cutest birds I've ever seen. Their shape and color were so unique, and their expression was so interested. And their feathers are the fluffiest I've ever seen. I really wanted to pet them. Such beautiful round donuts. Their name is "Laughing Kookaburra", and it was given this name because its song sounds like laughter. It would be scary to hear laughter in the forest. As unique as it looks, it makes the same unique sounds. And since we wanted to hear it in reality, @gtg suggested a working idea that he had used before. You need to find a video recording of the same bird singing on the Internet and turn it on at full volume, without making any other sounds, and preferably not moving. At first you see the birds getting interested in it, then they start turning around, looking around, and then we heard them making little sounds. But nevertheless, we had already been standing there for more than 20 minutes, and we realized that it would take even longer, so we continued walking, not waiting for their laughter.
While we were walking we saw this nice donkey.
So the next thing that happened was... That I realised that this article is getting too long, so I decided to split it in another part 😭. This post was actually meant to be only two parts, but I didn't expect it to be this complicated guys, so I'm splitting it into third part, but don't think just because I wrote already so much it's going to be boring, the next post of our adventures in this zoo is going to be even greater, so please wait for the next part (I swear, I'll post it much faster than I did with this one).
Bye bye everyone! 🐒🦎🐍

This was a truly amazing visit, you managed to capture every detail of the beauty of this place very well.
Some of the photos were my favorites, but after seeing them a few times, I started to like them all.
Oh, that's very sweet of you, thanks 💖
I've never liked parrots that much, they scare me a little
Oh, yes, I would never put a hand near them, do you see that beak? 😫
Parrots are interesting birds; I love the combination of colors on their feather. Seeing the viper reminds me of my dream last night. The green lizard is cute and has a lovely print. The flowering trees around the park also beautiful and flourishing. There's so much to see in this park with all those amazing creatures. I hope they stay healthy and live long.
Oh, what was your dream? I know snakes in dreams are not a very good sign.
Yes, the park is really marvellous especially in spring.
I also hope for that.
Oh, that's why the flowering trees are in full bloom coz it's spring.
I just dreamt that it suddenly bit a bunch of hair near my nape. I tried to pull it away but it didn't let go of my hair then I tried to shout and I woke up... Fortunately, I was still able to sleep again soundly.
Thank you for asking about that dream. 🙂
Thank god you woke up, I always have a bad feeling all day after I get a nightmare. I wish you only have good dreams 🙏🏻
Thank you very much. I just didn't think much about it, thankfully, it didn't affect my feelings yesterday.
What an interesting shots of animals and nature. The green lizard was very cute, feels like it was shock.
Oh, I love all the shots in the park. The beautiful flowers and trees are captivating.
The shots are actually very interesting, my favourite photographer really did a great job.
Maybe! It's face expressions are really saying that. The park is truly great. The beauty is indescribable.
It was a very pleasant visit, the place is very entertaining ❤️🙏
Yes, every animal is interesting in it's own way.
