SELF INTRODUCTION

Hi everyone, my name is BG Al, I come from Aceh, Indonesia. I work as a wifi technician. I have joined since 2019. My position is in great demand by the Indonesian people, namely INDIHOME.

IndiHome is a digital service from Telkomsel that provides communication and data packages, including internet, landline telephone (voice), and interactive TV (UseeTV). Short for "Indonesia Digital Home", IndiHome offers digital lifestyle solutions for households.

MORNING INSTRUCTIONS

Every morning we start the briefing and morning assembly in the yard of the TELKOM office. We also do morning assembly. At that time, the voice of TL (TEAM LEADER) with his distinctive baritone voice said "GOOD MORNING". We answered it with a very boisterous greeting "MORNING MORNING MORNING". That's what we shout every morning assembly. That's our typical cheer.

And after the briefing, we are waiting for the orders to be distributed to survey customers for today's WiFi installation.

ON THE WAY TO THE CUSTOMER

On this trip, we went together to each customer's location. One direction, one destination, one more location. Additionally, the other team and my friend split up in opposite directions so we split up at a crossroads. Google Maps guides our journey to our desired customer location.

ARRIVE AT CUSTOMER LOCATION

Upon arriving at the customer's house, my teammate immediately knocked on the customer's door politely and greeted the homeowner with a warm greeting.
"knock knock knock" a knock was heard on the door "excuse me, is anyone home?" my friend greeted the homeowner from outside. and that's how the customer came out and said.
"Wow, we've arrived, please stop by the house". said the homeowner cheerfully welcoming us technicians. because he knew the position of his house at that time there would be an internet network.

OPTICAL Distribution Point

The first withdrawal began in the ODP city.
ODP stands for Optical Distribution Point, a device in a fiber optic network that serves as the main distribution point for connecting fiber optic cables to various Indihome customer locations. Therefore, an ODP is the location where the fiber optic network from the central office is divided and distributed to homes or buildings that subscribe to Indihome services.

So in rough terms we started pulling this optical cable from the central

This is my customer and I taking a photo together to increase customer loyalty. We maintain high standards of courtesy and thoroughness, which are also important considerations. Therefore, as technicians, we must be competent in dealing with a variety of customer personalities. Our goal is simple: if you're satisfied, we're happy; if you're polite, we respect you.

We teach them a variety of things, including how to change their Wi-Fi password, reset it if they forget it, how to make monthly payments, and more.
I'm happy that many customers understand what I teach, so we're committed to maintaining our company's reputation.

IT'S TIME FOR US TO GO HOME

Upon our return home, we encountered many obstacles along the way, drenched by the rain. It did rain, but we had to remain consistent in facing all the challenges at work. Professionalism is our goal, so we are called heroes because, under any circumstances, we never complain. We take great pride in the work we do, making many people happy by enabling them to use the internet for their daily needs, and educating them is a key point.
