Sunset at Kuta Mandalika Beach, Lombok: Travel |
Indonesian tourism is not only Bali. There are many tourist destinations in Indonesia with unique natural beauty. One of them is Kuta Mandalika Beach in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
Before or after watching MotoGP at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, don't forget to set aside time to go on vacation to several destinations in Lombok. One of them is Kuta Mandalika Beach.
The wind was blowing quite hard that afternoon. Kuta Mandalika Beach is starting to be crowded with tourists, both local and foreign. They come alone or with friends or with family.
My friends and I enjoyed the sunset that was starting to turn red at Kuta Mandalika Beach. As soon as we arrived, we immediately enjoyed the clean white sand. We walked along the edge of the beach.
However, for the beauty of the beach, let me make a separate post. The beauty around Kuta Mandalika Beach is too beautiful to be ignored.
Kuta Mandalika Beach is located in Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. This beach is only approximately 31 km from Lombok International Airport. From Mataram City, Kuta Mandalika Beach is approximately 47 km away.
With a stretch of white sand, Kuta Mandalika Beach is decorated with rows of healthy coral reefs. With a coastline of 7.2 kilometers, this beach offers a wide and calming sea view, making it an ideal place for tourists seeking natural beauty and tranquility.
One of the main attractions of Kuta Mandalika Beach is Mandalika Hill, which is located to the west of the beach. This hill not only offers spectacular views from a height, but also holds an interesting local legend.
I did not waste the opportunity to capture the beauty of Mandalika Hill. When the sunset began to shine reddish, I took a photo with the beauty of Mandalika Hill in the background. A red glow was seen coming out from behind Mandalika Hill, truly exotic!
Climbing to the top of Mandalika Hill is an experience not to be missed. From the top of the hill, tourists can enjoy the stunning view of Kuta Beach which stretches out wide with its clear and crystal clear sea water. From here, the appearance of beautiful coral reefs can also be seen, adding to the beauty of the panorama.
There is no entrance fee to Kuta Mandalika Beach. Only a parking fee of IDR 5,000 for motorbikes, IDR 10,000 for cars, and IDR 20,000 for buses. For those who like challenges, there are also Banana Boat, jet ski, and snorkeling facilities available here. During the holiday season, don't worry about not getting a parking space because the land is very spacious.
At Kuta Mandalika Beach, there are also various cafes that provide various foods and drinks from various countries. There are also ATMs, meeting halls, public bathrooms, souvenir kiosks, outbound locations, and beautiful photo spots.
Let's go to Kuta Mandalika Beach...!
