Snow walk - Wednesday Walk

Hello everyone.
This weekend Sarajevo was covered in snow and that means it was time for Snow #WednesdayWalk.
It started to snow in Saturday and snowed whole day. With everything being covered in white it gave me idea. Lets go for a walk. Toward evening we went outside to explore cities "new coat".
Everything is much more calmer and quiet. Seems like snow take cares of all noise.
Route was more or less clear. We headed toward Velika Aleja promenade and will change route or stop our walk if there is too much snow or we get cold.

As you see snow took over surroundings.

There were some foot steps and car trail along the path. All good so far. It is snowing gently and walk is quite relaxing.

As we reached toward Velika Aleja promenade street lights switched on. Just in time.

As I was taking photo snowflake landed on the camera and covered street light in the photo. Snowflake effect in the photo.

We walked allong Velika Aleja some time. It is long promenade toward Spring of River Bosna. 3.5 kilometers long with around 3000 chestnut and plane trees along the way.
With almost no one around and quiet it is very calming.

If you come here during summer it is totally different picture. People walking, horse carriages and birds flying around.

One more snowflake landed into the photo.

We walked for some time and decided to go back. At the beginning of the promenade there are some villas that are from Austro Hungarian period.

This snow walk lasted almost two hours. Calming and relaxing atmosphere gave me idea to visit Spring of the River Bosna next day. I had good time there.
