Wednesday walk in an ethno-eco village in Serbia
Hello Wednesday walkers, happy to walk with you again. This is my entry for the #wednesdaywalk challenge hosted by @tattoodjay.
After visiting the historic courtyard in the village of Vranic in the vicinity of Belgrade I wrote about in my previous post, we headed to the planned destination, which is the Zornica house, an ethno-eco village, designed for a break from the city and quality family time.
It is such a fabulous and beautiful place that I got very inspired there. First, I will introduce you to the environment.
Now is the winter period, so the natural environment is much nicer and greener here in spring and summer, and it is better to come then. But you can guess from the photos that I will share how it will be then.
A narrow road through the beautiful countryside of central Serbia leads to this place. The map led us to a parking lot next to a pasture where there is a small house.
This cute little house hinted that this place is very creatively decorated and we couldn't wait to enter and see what was waiting for us there.
We started our walk through this place.
At the very entrance were written nice messages like family comes first, we love life, animals and nature, we cherish tradition and culture, etc.
We followed the narrow path towards the household through the large estate.
On the right side we saw the stage in a beautiful natural setting.
It is beautiful and very romantic to watch the sunset here.
There were also two large swings that my daughter particularly liked.
The atmosphere was very pleasant. Although it was cold, people were sitting outside.
Along the way, we encountered very interesting decorations.
Famous writers, poets from Serbia are painted on the walls.
Everything was arranged as in the past in a very pleasant environment of pastel colors.
On one wall, rural motifs were painted in vivid colors. It reminded me of naive painting.
It was interesting to walk here because there was something unusual and eye-catching at every step. And after this walk, I felt great, I left with a smile on my face. 😊
Thank you for reading.
