I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Our new ALIVE:LBI pool is coming along quite well, with so far 10 liquidity providers, me included, a total trading volume (TVL) of 412 HIVE/SWAP.HIVE, with 3,415.523 ALIVE and 32.110 LBI having been swapped up to today. There are presently 18,279.443 ALIVE, and 187.715 LBI in the pool, which breaks down to about 412 HIVE/SWAP.HIVE or $17.43, with the reward-distribution contract distributing 20 SWAP.HBD, 2,000 ALIVE, 413,257,459.530 THREE, and 5 ALIVEM over the next 500 days, with 499 days to go, to liquidity providers (there will likely be further additions over time). That's not bad at all for a pool that is only a few days old.

I mentioned my little ALIVE-buying spree yesterday, and how it gave the market price of ALIVE a nice boost, though one thing that I noticed as soon as the ALIVE:LBI pool was created is that the price of ALIVE rose a fair bit, and has either stayed there, or has been on an uptrend. Even with HIVE falling to yet another all time low, both ALIVE and LBI are currently uptrending in price, which is really nice to see.

With HIVE's continuing with its seemingly never-ending decline, it's becoming increasingly more difficult to run projects and layer-2 tokens, but there are die-hard groups of Hivers that keep moving forward, doing their best to build and to grow, even when significant parts of the ecosystem are failing. Those are the people to whom I'm giving my, and our support, and the ones with whom I want to collaborate and cocreate.

Liquidity pools act as stabilizers for token market volatility, and they also add greater use and value for a token, but for that to work well, each pair of tokens in a pool needs to be a solid and well-managed asset. In other words, both tokens need to have value in and of themselves, apart from the value derived from any shared pool. They can't be a dead weight, or the pool will fail, due to drastic imbalance.

When we are deciding whether to add liquidity to a pool or not, an important question to ask is 'do I believe in the tokens and their underlying projects?, because in the end, the value of layer-2 tokens is derived from the people and projects that manage and run them. Supporting committed and dedicated people and their projects tends to go far better than simply chasing high prices and potential profit, because the underlying value has a real foundation, not just hype and FOMO. Solid foundations stand the test of time, even through great difficulties.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, a bit late, by about 2:45PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts. After collecting a nice round of shots, I went to help Braja with a small task at her place, then I chopped and dumped a sizeable quantity of bad/used coconuts at the upper coco bar. Once I had that completed, I enjoyed the late-afternoon sunshine for a bit (with photography, of course), before heading to Wabisabi to make myself some food, and to collect my superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then retreating to the Flow House to scan my X feed a bit more, and to begin my evening Hive tasks. I got through all of my notifications by about 9:30PM, and after a little more scanning of my X feed, I went to bed by just before 11:30PM. I woke up quite early, by just after 6AM, having slept fairly well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow House to begin writing this post. It's now just before 12:30PM, so its an excellent time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasksHive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. 2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
