I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. With how challenging it's been lately to operate within the Hive and Blockchain Ecosystem in its current abysmal economic conditions, I haven't had a lot of solidly good news to share with, or to share about the We Are Alive Tribe for a fair number of months now. I'm grateful to say that I'm breaking the string of recent bad news today with some very new, and most excellent news indeed. After a short back-and-forth discussion on a recent Weekly LBI Update post, where I voiced my desire to collaborate with the fellow who runs the LBI (formerly LEO Basic Income, now rebranded to Long-Term Backed Investments) project, and to create a new shared ALIVE:LBI liquidity pool, I'm very happy to say that the response was positive, and this is indeed now being put into motion!

I received a very pleasant surprise last night upon seeing the most recent LBI Weekly Update (in which I'm tagged), LBI Weekly Update post - Year 2 Week 44 - W/E 24 May 2026, where our new partnership and collaboration was officially announced. So it's a go, my friends!

I've been investing increasingly more into LBI over the past few months, both on my own account, and on two 'We Are Alive Tribe' accounts, @aliveandthriving and @heartbeatvault, with my primary focus being to establish solid liquidity in all presently active LBI pools. The reason for my focus on LBI liquidity pools is the fact that LBI holdings, whether just sitting in our wallets, and/or growing in various LBI pools, earns regular dividends, just like HSBIDAO (with which it also shares a pool), so keeping as much LBI as possible in its assorted pools is by far the best, and the most mutually-beneficial way of investing in it.

After losing both our primary weekly HIVE and SWAP.HIVE income within a period of about a month, from the end of the PWR project, and the subsequent loss of our daily SWAP.HIVE income from the SWAP.HIVE:PWR pool, and the termination of the BEE-for-HIVE @bee.voter delegation service, due to collateral damage from the recent Hive-Engine hack, I'm still somewhat at a loss for how to rebuild our previously sustainable income and asset flows, though I at least have some ideas that might assist the process a bit.

One of the more important community asset holdings is our 20.4k staked BEE on @aliveandsocial, that for more than a year and a half now has been delegated to @bee.voter, which is what provided the vast majority of the HIVE that we've use to pay our HP delegators, and to distribute in our daily ALIVE dividends. The full amount of 20,405+ staked BEE should fully undelegate from @bee.voter at some point today, which means that our BEE curation earnings will increase markedly. Since we need a whole lot of BEE for pool creation (1,000 each) and reward management (100 each), especially now with our new collaborative ALIVE:LBI pool coming soon, I'm focused on growing our liquid and staked BEE as quickly as possible. Some of that will come from curation, and I'm also considering delegating a portion (not the whole amount) of our BEE to @centtoken (via leases), to provide us with an increased daily BEE income. We may indeed need to swap out HIVE for BEE to pay our HP delegators, and to distribute in our daily ALIVE dividends, somewhat soon, as with much less HIVE coming in each week now, our nice chunk of HIVE that we have sitting on @hive-155221, is going to run out rather quickly. I promise to do my absolute best to bring our community economy back into a sold, sustainable place.

Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by just after 3PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and to a few jungle-community tasks, including sweeping Wabisabi, chopping and dumping bad/used coconuts at the upper coco bar, and after a quick break up at the Flow House, to another round of digging planting holes in the front orchard. With those completed, I made a food-supply run to Tutu's to restock Wabisabi, I made myself some food, and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hands, I headed back to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to work with Hermes Agent a bit more. I got through all of my notifications by just after 10PM, and after a little more agentic-AI research, I went to bed by about just after 12AM. I woke up just after 6AM, still feeling that I needed a bit more sleep, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 2PM, so it's a really good time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my numerous other important Sunday Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on a few small jungle-community/land work and tasks. 2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
