I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

For the first time in my 4+ years on this glorious Blockchain, I'm beginning to feel concerned, and even a bit nervous, about the present state of the Hive economy, and how low the fiat-dollar price of HIVE has fallen. If the fiat price goes below $0.08, then HBD could lose its peg to the dollar, triggering the haircut rule, and the lowering of the APR for HBD in Savings. Hive's economy is not in a good place, and things are actually quite precarious. Stake of burn your liquid HIVE, don't sell it.
Many are getting the 'sinking ship' vibes, liquidating, and selling, which lowers HIVE's price even more. That's a bugger, because I love Hive, and I'm all-in for the long haul here, as I've said innumerable times, so I if Hive does actually fail, I think that I'm going down with the ship. I pray that doesn't happen, and I'll do everything that I'm able for that not to be the case. Hive and the We Are Alive Tribe have given me so much, and I will not abondon them. Period.
So while I'm uneasily eyeing HIVE's price, I shall continue forward, building and growing my own account, and the We Are Alive Tribe, no matter what comes. We're working to make a strong, healthy token economy for ALIVE, so that it is seen to be a very useful and valuable asset worth acquiring, holding, staking, and adding to our liquidity pools.
Regardless of how the greater Hive economy is, I want to make our own ALIVE economy as strong and resilient as possible, with that being one of my primary Alive Tribe focuses now. The We Are Alive Tribe is all about thriving, and learning to thrive, no matter the circumstances, and I'm working for the thrival of you all.
It's my hope and prayer that the crises that Hive is now facing become the catalysts that trigger a beneficial realignment, and a phoenix rebirth. That's the target for which I'm shooting as I build and grow here every day, and success is the only option.
Yesterday, Friday, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks by around 12PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. The session started on time, it went beautifully well, and we wrapped it up by around 6PM, after which I headed to the Landing to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then back to the Flow House I went, to begin my evening Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks. I got everything done by just before 10PM, and after some asset management and pool analysis, and uploading more PDF books to Qortal, I went to bed a little after 11:30PM. I woke up about 6:45AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:15PM, so it's quite a nice time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, focusing first on some photography for my posts, and then on community/land work. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

If HIVE drops really low in price, the up side is that some people will be able to achieve their goal of being an Orca or even a Whale on here, for a lower investment cost. Due to HP being related to witness voting power, the newly HP wealthy could make changes to management.
Another up side to low Hive price is that some/many people stop posting/commenting, and the good thing about that is - the reward pool in number of Hive stays the same so if less people are in it, the ones who are in it get more Hive than they did when more people were here interacting. So those who stick it out on here will move up in HP in this way also, if they stake their Hive rewards.
I didn't leave ST--M when it hit 7 cents, and I'll be here if Hive hits that, or even less. It seems you will be here too. Let's you and me take over this place! 😄👍

I love how you think, my friend, and to your to excellent points, indeed, every set of circumstances, whether perceived as positive or negative, offers opportunities that can allow us to thrive even when things seem bleak. Both of those thoughts came to my mind, and it's one of many reasons why I never stop, I don't take breaks, I don't care what the fiat price of HIVE is, I just keep building, and leveraging and growing assets, for the good of us all, both on my own account, and in my work for the We Are Alive Tribe. What i am learning from this and what i have always thought is possible is that any community can go out and build their own economy.
It doesn't matter if your a small group, a growing community or are a thriving tribe, if you build in the name of creating a strong close community this can be done anywhere.
So if Hive wants to survive and be part of this new realisation in the new world being created outside the slave systems of the world. Where the people have the power and communities decide their fate not platforms or organisations it best clean house.
Get rid of these usurpers attacking people within the platform.
They need to fix things like muting and blacklisting so they actually work, get rid of the weapon of downvoting and focus on defending it's platform instead of attacking its users.
There was a point Hive was a leader in decentralization, now it is completely centralized and behind in technology.
