Good Health Begins With Fitness.
Hello, everyone.
Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the hive learners' featured post. Writing this post made me remember that some time ago, a friend who is a fitness coach invited me for a morning walk. I accepted it. Little did I know it was the death of me.
This guy walks 10 miles every day he is off duty. It is my first day and the first time he expects me to do the same. Well, you cannot fit in on your first day. I walked with him, but I took a taxi back home. At the end of the walk, I was feeling as if I was going to faint.
I learnt my lesson and decided to take it slowly. I started by walking at least four to five miles on a daily basis. I got used to it, and now I can walk ten miles like him without much stress. After every walk, you feel it in your body as if you carried out hard labour.
In order to stay fit, I adapt to a lot of ways to do so. Some were difficult at first, but as time went on, I adapted and got used to them. In subsequent paragraphs, I will be sharing a few of my fitness routines with you.
When my dad first introduced me to drinking a glass of water every morning before eating, it was hell for me because it caused me to have stomach upset afterwards. Before I even realized it, I was already used to him. He monitored me and made sure I was consistent. Failure to stay hydrated can result in a lot of health problems.
My first morning walk experience was not funny at all, but for the fact that I survived that day. I can survive anything thrown at me, lol. Walking for at least 30 minutes to an hour for starters every morning helps you to burn fat, it as well helps regulate your sugar level.

I can't let anything stand in the way of my passion for football, which not only keeps me fit but also brings me joy.Playing football as well helps to reduce fat and improve heart health.
In a nutshell, we should all try to stay fit as it can enhance our living a longer life.

Hehehe. You took a taxi back home😂😂😂😂. Those fitness coach enh. Your story is similar to mine. After working out for the first time, I couldn’t even move properly. When I got to the gym the next day, the gym coach said I should gym again, he said that is the only way I can get used to it. For real, keeping fit is not easy.
We also have similar fitness routine; I play football and I also go for walks.

The first time I tried walking, I knew the power to help make one fit. When I travelled home, I was always walking for twenty minutes each day in the morning and I felt some changes in me. I got back to school, I couldn't continue because of how the environment demotivated me.
One thing about engaging in body fitness exercises is having a good and motivating environment and having someone who will always encourage you.
To be consistent with workouts, you need a motivator indeed. If not for this fitness coach I would have stopped all that already 😂.

Most times you need to start with short distance so your boy system can adjust then with time, you can add little by little.

Taking walks are a good form of exercise really.. Before now I saw it as an unnecessary thing to do to keep fit, I saw it as mild and something that would take time to help the body but when I tried it out for a whole month, it was really helpful..
The part where you had to take a taxi back home on your first walk got me laughing sha 😂
I was extremely tired, as if we were running and not walking 😂.
