Airport

A month ago, the older of my two sons came to the city where I currently reside to visit me. We had not seen each other for some time because he, as well as his younger brother and their mother, have been living for some years in the capital of the republic, which is located about 360 kilometers away.

He took advantage of a queue or ride with some acquaintances to come by land, however, he returned by air, after spending a few days, not only with me, but also with his grandmother and uncles whom he had not seen for some time.

As it is a requirement nowadays, we arrived at the local airport a couple of hours before to make all the necessary arrangements to get the boarding pass and luggage delivery, but as usual, the plane in which he would travel arrived late, a situation that I took advantage of to go up to the mezzanine to take some pictures of the aircraft on the runway through the panoramic windows that are there.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

Aeropuerto

Hace un mes atrás, el mayor de mis dos hijos vino a la ciudad donde actualmento resido a visitarme. Teníamos algún tiempo sin vernos porque él, al igual que su hermano menor y la madre de ambos, viven desde hace algunos años en la capital de la república, la cual está ubicada a unos 360 kilómetros de distancia.

Aprovechó una cola o aventón con unos conocidos para venir por tierra, sin embargo, el regreso lo realizó vía aérea, luego de pasar unos días, no sólo conmigo, sinó con su abuela y tíos a quienes tampoco había visto en algún tiempo.

Como es requisito actualmente, llegamos al aeropuerto local un par de horas antes para realizar todas las gestiones necesarias para obtener el pase de abordaje y la entrega del equipaje, pero como es costumbre, el avión en el que viajaría llegó con retraso, situación que aproveché para subir a la mezzanina para tomar algunas fotos de las aeronaves en la pista a través de las ventanas panorámicas que allí se encuentran.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
