Goats in nature.

Goats in nature.
We went to a pond and saw a herd of goats there. These are domestic goats. 🐐
They were grazing in a field.
They look like mountain goats.
If you didn't know, goats were domesticated 9,000 years ago from wild goats.
They are often kept for their milk.
They eat a variety of foods. They often eat grass and other fodder. They are not picky eaters.
Goats were first domesticated as domestic animals in Asia.
Goats provide milk and wool.
The milk is very tasty, but not everyone likes it.
The wool is used to make thread. The thread is used to make clothes, blankets, and many other things.
Goats are friendly animals. Baby goats are playful and very cute.
Goats live for about 9-10 years.
They come in different colors: white, black, brown, beige, and gray. Their wool varies: some are short-haired, some are long-haired. Some are smooth, and some are curly. There are Alpine and Saanen breeds.
