📸 PhotoFeed Contest - Landscape Photography #126 : The Indian Ocean
The vast Indian Ocean is what you see on the photo. It was taken on an early morning walk along the east coast of the small island called Rodrigues. The island is part of Mauritius, even it is located some 500 kilometers away from it. This island is mountaious and great for hiking. When I took the photo just after sunrise, it was on a walk along the coast. You can see a few people in the water. These are fishermen collecten shells. The vastness of the Indian Ocean, especially with that early morning light and the distant figures of shell-gathering fishermen, truly evokes a sense of tranquility and scale ✨ Rodrigues sounds like a beautiful, serene island, perfect for hiking and coastal walks 💖
