Van Life chapter 2 : quarry business (part 3) - Lightpainting on Hive

Hello!

Three weeks ago, I made my second van trip 😎

Idea was to meet friends near Paris, party together during the first night then drive to a very nice location we first visited in 2020 for a two-days trip. Fortunately the weather was perfect, warm and sunny as Hell 🔥

We arrived during the afternoon and we took a couple of hours to explore the entire location. After that, I led the group to a secret spot of mine : a small quarry where a local farmer put a lot of disued tractors. Here's one (phone picture) :

After that we took a 2-hour break for a BBQ, then we took a bit of rest before dusk. Session was really good and we took a lot of fun. These were taken in the "tractors" quarry :

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?
Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
