🙌🏽🌻Sublime Sunday🙌🏽💖 by @c0ff33a - Continuing the Boat Ride to Cully
Last Sunday I made a post on the Boat ride starting from Lausanne and going to Cully in the Lavaux region. The views all throughout the journey are breathtaking and there are so many small villages that pass by. Each one of them has some unique styles. It was a total of 3 hours of boat ride and the landscapes changed in this journey as we cruised through the small towns and villages of the region. From here on the sailing was closer to the shore and the scenes were much nearer then before. We crossed Vevey and Montreux as well. These 2 places I had made a visit in my last trip. The Chillon castle in Montreux and the Chaplin House in Vevey both are good places to visit. Vevey has some very stunning scenery and also the drive from Montreux to Chillon castle is beautiful.
Chillon Castle from the Boat. It is one of the historical monuments in Swiss. I will not write about it here now since I have already made one post of it in the past. When you pass through a place that you have already visited it feels exciting and that feeling of, you know it. When we crossed Montreux, I could see the Freddy Mercury statue from the boat. That's one another monument to see in this region. The music lovers will love this place as there is a Freddy Mercury museum also in Montreux which displays all his collectibles, his costumes, fan letters, his music compositions in his own writings. It's a delight for all his fans.

The engine of our boat, which was yet another fascinating thing to watch.
We are approaching the Lavaux region, from here on the Vineyards start and it's a long stretch. The Vineyard blends into the lake. The green and blue looks absolutely magnificent blending into each other.
Well-trimmed and so perfectly set, this place looks like a picture postcard.
We have almost arrived at our destination, which is Cully.
Will share the pictures of Cully soon in the following blogs. I have clicked so many pictures and it's taking long time for me to segregate which ones to use and hence it's taking longer than I expected to do the blogs from this holiday.

The scenery over here too is very beautiful and lively. The picture of the road up there gives us a glimpse on the surroundings and how much nature is around the area. I think the atmosphere around there will always be calm and cool.
