Learning and practicing Latte Art

As you may know in previous posts, I have been highlighting the fact that I am working in a coffee shop and I am learning in depth the great number of theoretical and practical techniques related to coffee.
Latte art is part of it, but it is something that is achieved with time and a lot of practice.
It was only recently that I started to prepare cappuccino and latte coffee, whose coffees could be used to practice latte art.
For me at first it was a little frustrating, but the head barista in charge was explaining to me that it is something quite complicated and only the advanced ones manage to master it, that it takes time, therefore, I have dedicated a lot to the practice of latte art so that I can perfect it and obtain a great number of drawings and art in coffee.
And for the first time I will make my first post talking about the subject of how I prepare my cappuccinos and try to make my first drawings in coffee, of course I will also explain to you step by step how to prepare a cappuccino in a machine.
Anyone who knows about coffee, when preparing a coffee in a machine, first grind the fresh coffee.
The coffee is added to the Portafrito and gently tamped so that the coffee can be correctly extracted from the machine and last but not least, the best part for me is the extraction, which takes approximately 10 to 15 seconds depending on how fast the coffee falls into the cup.
It is also important that the milk must be textured very well before adding it to the cup with coffee.
Well, little by little I will keep trying until I achieve my first figure and can share my great achievement with you. In the meantime, I will continue trying and testing different ways of preparing coffee.
All the pictures were taken with my Samsung A15, the edits were made with Canva App and the translation with DeepL.
