Hive Around the World Day 6 - My Elixir is Coffee

Almost in the final stretch of the #HiveAroundtheWorld challenge, day number 6 arrived where the main theme is to talk about a food or drink that you always have present and that you are always looking for it, the truth is that for me there is a drink that takes the lead, no matter the day no matter the place it is always present, beyond water which is something I always drink.

Coffee is an elixir for me, since I learned much more about coffee, since that time I felt a great attraction towards coffee, I became much more interested in the methods of preparation and the types of coffee that exist, in the conditions and each time deepening the subject, so much so that now it is just and necessary that every time I go out to do some kind of errand or go out to whatever I am always looking for a new coffee shop, beyond the coffee I am also looking for a new experience.

The coffee has become that source to share, to be, to study, to go out, even for breakfast, and yes, also as a pre workout, in my routines from the morning I am preparing coffee, both for me and for the people who live at home, the next dose of coffee is before the gym, this to take energy and do better work, and there may be another dose in the day, not always but it depends on how the day goes another cup is present.

Among my favorite methods that I have at home to prepare my coffee, are the French press and the melita method, the French press I use to make coffee for more people, on the other hand the melita method is more special for a personalized and individual coffee, and to try new coffees in these methods is my passion, because I am always saying and if I make this coffee in this method for so many people how will it turn out, or if I make this coffee in this method for one cup how will it be? The truth is that since I started to learn about what coffee really is, I started to love the essence of what a cup of coffee means.

Casi en la recta final del reto #HiveAroundtheWorld, llego el dia numero 6 donde el tema principal es hablar sobre alguna comida o bebida que siempre tengas presente y que siempre estés en busca de ella, la verdad es que para mi hay una bebida que se lleva la delantera, no importa el dia no importa el lugar siempre esta presente, mas allá del agua que es algo que siempre tomo.

El café es un elixir para mi, desde que conocí mucho mas acerca de café, desde esa vez sentí una gran atracción hacia el café, me interese mucho mas en los métodos de preparación y en los tipos de café que existen, en las condiciones y cada vez profundizando mas el tema, tanto que ahora es justo y necesario que cada vez que salgo a hacer algún tipo de diligencia o salgo a los que sea siempre estoy en busca de una nueva cafeteria, mas allá del café tambien en busca de una nueva experiencia.

El café se ha convertido en esa fuente para compartir, para estar, para estudiar, para salir, incluso para desayunar, y si, tambien como pre entreno, en mis rutinas desde la mañana estoy preparando el café, tanto para mi como para las personas que viven en casa, la próxima dosis de café es antes del gimnasio, esto para tomar energía y hacer mejor el trabajo, y pueda que exista otra dosis en el dia, no siempre pero depende de como vaya el dia se hace presente otra taza.

Entre mis métodos favoritos y que tengo en casa para preparar mis café, están la prensa francesa y el método melita, la prensa francesa la utilizo para hacer café para mas personas, en cambio el método de melita es mas especial para un café personalizado e individual, y probar nuevos cafes en estos métodos es mi pasión, porque siempre estoy diciendo y si hago este café en este método para tantas personas como resultara, o si hago este café en este método per para una taza como quedara? lo cierto es que desde que empecé a aprender acerca de lo que realmente es el café empecé a amar la esencia de lo que significa una taza de café.
